The alarm clock in the room was set to 1:00am and very loud. We hadn’t touched it .

The hotel is comfortable but the road towards was very tricky we missed the exit so many times and was uncomfortable. The rest is all good.

I was surprised at the level of professionalism and service this hotel presented There were minor issues like the scary elevators. You can see the bath soap is being watered down. I was happy purchasing the 20 breakfast, the breakfast was hot and tasty.

Location is close to Newark.
Reception, bar, restaurant are all very nice!
Staff is helpful although their enthusiasm is a bit low.
Rooms are not as cozy as they're feeling a bit ''tired''.

This was a very efficient and pleasant one-night stay for my family needing to connect to an early flight the next day. The staff was helpful and very accommodating, and I would say the most exceptional aspect of the property.

Terrible service, staff not friendly, room not serviced, everything is a chore for the staff. Hotel is aged, needs a major uplift, outside is very dirty with litter scattered all down the road. It is also next door to a prison who when released, walk straight down the road with a Police escort. Not recommended

Service was excellent.I loved the fact that they had a restaurant and a 24 hour deli food was really great!Only thing I didn’t like hotel didn’t have a hot tub or pool other then that I rate the hotel a 9 out of 10!

The hotel's restaurant has false advertising. There is a banner saying that domestic beers are $5 a pint during happy hour. When we got our bill we found out that it only applies certain domestic beers. For some reason an IPA isn't considered to be beer and you will be expected to pay full price during happy hour. Restaurant manager was unprofessional and rude. Threatened to get us thrown out of hotel because we questioned the bill.

Chaos is an understatement, no organization. The restaurant was terrible including service and drinks. The bathroom vanity collapsed on my husbands foot. Fire alarm at 4am with no explanation by staff on why. Fire alarms only in hall, couldn’t be heard in room

Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is fine. The onsite restaurant had surprisingly good food.

The shuttle to the hotel from the airport was less than good. Took too long, small van, not able to accommodate the number of people and luggage. Also the driver did noy seem all that interested in assisting.

Came up here to meet my fiancé at the airport and this is probably the least but decent hotels I’ve stayed in. Sure it was nice but not really any attractions. Had to drive over an hour for the nearest attraction

Just a heads up, after booking through Expedia they charged us the room deposit and never refunded it. We had to dispute it through our credit card.
