Jessica on evening shift was so helpful, pleasant, and friendly. Our room was very comfortable on the 1st floor and easy distance to breakfast while being very quiet. We felt very safe. Parking easy. Highly recommend this hotel. They have very nice Dove soaps/lotion in bathroom. Good water pressure in shower. Extra clean.

Our room was rundown and not clean. This hotel is NOT worth the price they advertise. Secure the contents of your vehicle - lots of homeless walking around and we had to listen to one drugged up guy screaming loudly all night right outside the hotel window. Breakfast was not edible. So many other options in town for the same price point. Do not recommend staying here. In comparison the same hotel in Missoula is fantastic and at the level of this price point.

Smelled a very strong chemical odor upon entering the hotel, in the lobby and hallways. Rooms need updating, upholstered chair in our room had two cigarette burns in the arm, couch cushions sagged, towels and linens were very worn.

Very good stay. Property and rooms were clean. There wasn’t staff at the check in counter when we arrived but had a sign and they came back in a few minutes. Breakfast was good. A little noisy due to the fact it is right beside the interstate but not a deal breaker. Loved the layout of the rooms. No long halls. First stay at a la Quinta and was very satisfied.

Very disappointed, I booked a king room and was put I to a double queen. Pictures presented in the site are a vast difference from what it actually looks like. It's a very dated hotel, tired, worn and old. Not worth the high price tag. Bed was soft but other than that, I would save your money and go elsewhere.

I was traveling cross country with my 2 dogs and I booked this as it was advertised as a pet friendly hotel. Received a text a few days before asking if I needed anything and I specifically mentioned needing a ground floor room close to an exit. Got an immediate response saying tha it would be done (and it was) - the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable and there was an area around the hotel where i could walk the dogs! Great experience!

I paid for a king BR suite and when arrived, the front desk person said it was no longer available, so put us in a standard room. That was fine except he could not refund us for the premium we paid for the room not available. So we paid for a room that we did not get. He was friendly, but sure didn’t seem fair.

Not worth the price I paid. They skimp on everything, the cheapest paper plates for breakfast to the point you have to take 5 just to hold food. Floor was very sticky, needed to be mopped. Male employee at front desk was not friendly at all

Funky smell in the entry but my room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t like that I had do not disturb sign on my door but house cleaning entered anyway. Over all it was a great stay.

Disappointed with cleanliness of the room. Bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned for a long time, our feet got dirty walking in there. There were cobwebs behind the door. Toilet flusher was broken. We won't stay there again.
