Condensation on the windows, running water in the bathroom sink, the table was not stable or sturdy. There were insects in the room. We found bugs running around in the middle of the night while going to the bathroom. There was no breakfast available as advertised, Told the manager on duty about the issues that we were met with ,they responded by saying they will send someone to spray the room. Then, when I told him when it was checkout time, he redirected me to the manager and hushed me be quiet like someone was listening to him. He gave me a business card to call and said to call after 9 o’clock in the following morning when the manager will be in.

Hotel okay for the price, a little bit far of the city

I booked room 312 at the Rodeway Inn for Friday 10/25. I was going to a concert in NYC so after checking in quickly I left. The few initial minutes I was there the room didn’t look completely awful- adequate enough just to sleep in, although it was stuffy and there was drywall dust all over the floor. After returning from the city I turned the lights on in the room and it was like Joe’s Apartment- cockroaches scattered. Taking a better look at the room I found cockroach feces ALL over the bathroom, cockroaches in the bed and in the microwave, there were even cockroaches swimming in the toilet like it was their own personal pool. After packing my things I called down to the night clerk who basically said all but “too bad there’s nothing we can do”. I drove 6 hours back home because I don’t particularly feel comfortable snuggling with cockroaches (they can carry bacteria, parasites, and diseases). I called Expedia (who I booked through) the next day and they gave me the run around as did the hotel manager, who apparently ended up declining my refund on Sunday. I then spent that whole day and night calling the hotel repeatedly- over and over and over. The next day I was finally able to speak with the manager and after explaining that the cockroaches and their bucketloads of poop weren’t advertised as being part of the room, he approved my refund. If you like stuffy, unsanitary, cockroach filled rooms with awful hotel staff in an inconvenient area- this is your place!!!

Worst place i've ever stayed. Infested with bugs, including the bedding. I cancelled my stay. Need to request my money back.

Was exactly what we needed for the purpose we were in town and great price too!!

The hotel was roach infested. Not only crawling with them but they were flying. I woke up with little red bit marks on me.

Room had cigarette odor and cover bed looks super old

I asked for extra pillow's 4 matter a fact in my reservation on line a month prior that didn’t happen and wen I asked for em that night person at desk had to make several calls to finally get me 1 pillow i also asked for a deep cleaning new sheets blankets pillow cases that didn’t happen ither i know this cause i have blk lite to ck since i go to alot of hotels im glad i brought cleaning supplies and sheets and own blankets i also had to kill several bugs that looked like small roaches but think were something different i used there vending machine it says one price but charges another and half my items wldnt drop wen I askedd for a refund i got a shrug of the shoulders and person walk away if i knew how to post a picture in this review id post the picture of the bugs wld not recommend or will not ever stay there they care about ur money not you
