Only I can say The hotel gym was good and spacious however the room was very noisy from the near rooms same floor and above as it seems is not sound proof I can hear the shower next room even noice from the street side police ambulance people though it was 20 th floor

Really lovely stay in Indianapolis. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Lovely rooms, great amenities, nice gym, food was great - only tried the breakfast but excellent.

I came into town from Michigan to take my 13-year-old niece to the pink concert. I got a double queen corner suite. I thought the beds would be more comfortable they weren’t. I thought the pillows would be better than feathers. They were not. I’m allergic to feathers. I didn’t know this until it was time for me to go to bed. By the time we were going to bed. it was 1 o’clock in the morning and The front desk wasn’t answering the phone when I called so I’m allergic to feathers and hand to sleep with feather pillows! I barely slept. I woke up congested. My eyes were red and puffy. My throat was itchy and getting my car from Valley. Parking was ridiculous. $75 in valet parking was not worth the headache or the hassle for almost $400. I should’ve saved my money and stayed at the Holiday Inn!

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis and had an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts a stunning location, just a short walk from the heart of downtown and major attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the amenities, particularly the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious dining options. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. Overall, the JW Marriott provided a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indianapolis and will certainly return on my next trip!

The first impression I had was the overwhelming marijuana smell in the parking garage as we arrived. The second impression was an electrical box/outlet pulled out of the wall and hanging by wires in the walkway near the elevators in the lobby. It’s not something I would expect from a “luxury” hotel. It immediately gave low end motel vibes. Our room seemed nice at first glance, but we had numerous issues that came up throughout our stay. The fridge made a loud pinging noise every thirty minutes or so, which made sleeping difficult. We eventually called and asked if we could unplug it so we could finally get some quality rest. The bathroom lighting was a dull yellow color, and not bright like most high end hotels. I had to use the room mirror for my makeup due to the bad lighting. We requested more towels on the second day of our stay but they never showed up. We had to ask multiple times, and they didn’t provide enough to accommodate all four of us. The elevators didn’t work correctly at times. At one point the elevator got stuck between floors and wouldn’t do anything for a concerning amount of time. During this time multiple people that were on the elevator started complaining about the large amount of issues they had with the elevators during their stay. Scary moment for sure. We had a nice view from our room but that was the only nice thing. We experienced so many issues that shouldn’t happen at a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for luxury

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days and we absolutely loved it. We were on the 24 floor and the view was amazing. It's not a necessarily inexpensive hotel, but it was well worth the money. The High Velocity restaurant downstairs was very good. JW Marriott was close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Quite a few things were in walking distance. We will be going back next year.

The view from the room, room on the top floor was top notch, the food was amazing! Room service was so kind and accommodating to my husband who is allergic to feathered pillows. My one and only annoyance, not really complaint, would be that house keeping knocked on the door at 9:30am, then again at 10am, and again at 10:30am even with a do not disturb sign. The people in the room across from us also had a do not disturb sign and they had to tell house keeping that they didn’t check out until 11am so we all felt rushed.
