Clean and comfortable and spacious. Mark was a gem. He called me to let me know I left some medication. Thank you for the extra effort. Would stay again and stay longer.

Asure hotel was very nice has everything one could need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minor drawback was the space in bedroom was tight when getting into one side of the bed, secondly the sofa couch is very uncomfortable, but we were only there one night. The amenities were great!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here very much. The unit was so clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the cutlery and dinner ware we needed which was also a plus... Omg! The beds were so comfortable and just right for my back. Hubby totally enjoyed using the easy clean bbq very much(a weber) and hubby even commented saying we needed to buy a weber bbq ourselves. This 2bed room unit was just right for us all and we'll definitely be back again. The heated pool, Spa pool n games room were very clean and a major bonus to our stay and we definitely made the most of it during our stay at Asure Colonial Motel. Thank you so much to the management and staff team for having our rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels were always replaced and also cold milk and coffee and tea were also freely topped up when we were low too. What an awesome cleaning and staff team. Well done to you all and a huge thanks for a memorable stay. The Ah You Family

Very convenient, very clean, friendly staff.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

The hotel has a welcoming entrance.Personal attention by a lovely lady at reception is very pleasing as we don't normally get this nowadays. I particularly like the sparkling white comforter instead of one covered within 2 sheets in other hotels. Nice and bright rooms.

My daughter and I shared the motel, so I slept on the pull down bed in the lounge which was extremely comfortable as was my daughter 's bed in the bedroom. We were visiting friends in Atawhai Village so it was a very convenient location.

It was the best sleep we've had during our NZ holiday so far. The location was quiet, the room large, the bed comfortable, the shower hot, the kitchen fully appointed and the staff friendly.

Highly reccomend, had the added bonus of a games room and a spa pool, which is great for families. The place was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Defintely be staying there again

Second time we’ve stayed at this motel. Walking distance to Church Road and Mission wineries and a short drive into Napier. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. All good.

The room was comfortable, especially the beds. The lovely lady that greeted us was very helpful and cheerful. Location is good for accessing both Napier and Hastings and easy to get to the airport.

Great games room and spa for the kids

It was amazing very neat clean and tidy environment 👌 staff Tracey very professional supportive helpful and caring.we really liked the way she welcome and greeted us.keep it up. I would like to suggest if there could be another shower and toilet and perhaps the shower which is already there could be put higher for a tall person. Thanks for your wonderful service specially staff Tracey very friendly always smiling when ever 😀 i saw her.we will definitely come again.

Great staff. Would be nice to have trim milk available on arrival not just full fat. Spa pool not very hot.Otherwise excellent. Would stay there again happily.

We have stayed here twice now and will stay here again. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything we need. There is a great entertainment room for the kids and the swimming pool and spa are great. We felt safe to let the kids go and explore and they loved the independence. The staff are so lovely and we highly recommend.
