We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :)

Staff are not very welcoming, poor experience for me and my family for dinner service, alot of amenties closed, front desk said we had to come back in order to check out cause it was at a later time. Just overall poor service for such a nice hotel.

We booked an executive suite for the weekend, and the room was as beautiful as the online pictures. The only drawback is that not all their facilities and amenities are open and available to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Great rooms and elegant interior. The property was hit hard by COVID and a lot of amenities are still closed but a rebound is on the way I think. The golf course is amazing and will only get better as it recovers from the pandemic as well.

Our stay would have been much better if the restaurant, swimming pool, bowling alley, etc.... were open for use by guest. Also the room air conditioning system evaporator coil was dirty and did not produce enough cooling during the high heat portions of the day or in the evening. Other than those two things our stay was pleasing.

We were visiting for a funeral. Check-in could have went a lot smoother. Due to advertising the room sleeping 5 people that was not the case. I almost had to get another room for my son would have to put out another $1000. They were able to make in exception in the end keeps us all in the same room. But still had to put out almost another $1000. Not to mention a did land up booking another room for my in-laws. Other then that. We were very comfortable and that’s what matters the most for our family.

I strongly recommend the Leopalace resort to the travelers who want to enjoy the nature and golf in peaceful and calm atmosphere.
The resort was located in littlebit remote place in Guam island. However, the place was very big and spacious and clean. Furthermore, the atmosphere is very calm and nature friendly. We also enjoyed golf courses and the courses were beutiful and nice to play. Regarding hotel and golf club personnel were all kind and warm.

Loved that it is secluded away from busy and crowded streets. Beautiful setting all around. Only con was the pool is undergoing maintenance during our stay and not available for use. Would recommend stay at this location if you’re looking for a nice and quiet environment.

The air conditioning didn’t work making it very uncomfortable. The main hotel was amazing but the other buildings were a little run down as well as the pool.

The property is very nice as a whole. Very large entry way, nice room with a view. The food options for breakfast

Ive always had an issue with the refrigerator in the room it doesnt get cold so I would always bring something extra and have to get ice daily to keep my drinks cold. Also, theyre pool could use a good cleaning and possible renovation especially the kiddie pool with the whole kid gym and slide. You can see the ware and tear all over and what looked to be an old rope net thats been torn apart is discolored and looks like algae. Made me buy swim shoes for myself and my kids. The lifeguards didnt seem as engaged to ensure the safety of the patrons in the pool bc I saw some unsafe acts.

There are lots of ants on the bed, which really bother me for a whole night. However, the hotel staff is nice and she let us to change room on the next day.

Its off on its own property with 24 hour shuttle service around the property. They offer tour busses daily to various shopping centers and sites. Staff was always friendly.

The room and the facilities were amazing... but if you have a picky eater like I do, might want to bring some snacks with you as they might not have what they like in the restaurants.

The room is clean and comfort. The pools depth is good for my baby. Not too far to access the mall to buy somethings. It took 30mins round trip. I will stay agian!
