I would like to give special thanks to the staff at the customer service desk. Their friendliness and willingness to help with our requests made our stay remarkable and memorable. Special appreciation to Jenny for her smiles and her great help in getting me the tasty cookies! In general, the hotel is clean and comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

Nice for those on a medium budget. All the staff were really nice and professional. They do keep a high standard of service.
The room I had was pretty spacious for two beds. The bathroom was ok. The bathtub was a little high and can be scary for older people trying to get in and out. Also water just sprayed everywhere but the bathroom floors had a drain which did not pose too much of a problem.
Just update the bathroom to a shower and it would be safer. Or add a rail for someone to hold into. I enjoyed my stay here.

We had booked an airport pickup through the hotel which costs $30 usd but had to wait 30 mins for the vehicle to arrive - terrible service, should have ordered a 'grab' for quicker service. We addressed it with the hotel, they said that was normal as cars were not allowed within the terminal, which is false as we observed mutiple vehicles coming through.
The building could use a modernization as you can tell its dated, the ac within our room wasn't working; therefore, our sleep was terrible.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

I would like to see improvements on your property. The beside light is not working. Outlets in weird places, not near any place on the long table. There are no small lamp by the table.

Very nice place in a great location, very clean. Staff super friendly and let us leave our bags there for the day whilst we were on activity.

Lovely cozy well located hotel. Walking distance from Food Street Market and Ben Thanh Market.

While check in, Adora hotel staffs change my room to their another branch Adora Art Hotel. That’s new. But many things to fix. Location is outstanding. Have to improve the catering service like menu names in front of the food.

Location is good and walkable to most places. There are 24h convenience stores around. Having no window is a blessing in disguise as it can be dusty/noisy outside from the traffic. Bed is a little hard, sound proofing of room can be improved, there are insects and ants in the room everyday.

We were upgraded upon arrival due to some hotels.com reservation issues but the original family room was rather small. The jacuzzi tap in the bathroom was not working and has seen the cleaning days. Good breakfast buffet.

I thought the staff at reception were disappointing in their lack of service. We received a hello and here is your key. No greetings when we walked past the desk during our stay. However, the porters were lovely and very helpful.

So you had to sit on the tub edge and hold the shower wand over you. Water pressure was totally inadequate, and the water temp took a while to warm up.The breakfast facility was sub-par. The variety of food was limited, and the coffee was a horrid burnt substance. We had to get our coffee from a food vendor close by.The front staff was detached and uninterested.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No welcoming check-in, made us wait in the middle of check-in to take care of some local guests. Gave us a room , number 666, without windows, on the ground floor aside from the reception desk and concierge, next to the maintenance room. Very loud until late in the night and again early in the morning. Slept 3 hours.

Conveniently located in the city centre, you can basically walk all the main things to see in HCMC.

Excellent location, centrally located with an easy walk to big market and good street food. Great staff, clean, rooms a bit small but well equipped, comfortable bed, will be back next time in Saigon.

Adora hotel is 3min walk to Ben Thanh market and some 7min walk to Saigon centre. I particularly enjoyed Vietnamese food at the street food market which was just some 200m from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok.
The downside was that there is no fitness center and no swimming pool but the central location of the hotel kind of made up for that.

The hotel is in covinient place. The Staffs are kind and friendly. They supported our one day trip and arranged the car to the air port. The breakfast is delicious! That was really great experience. However, our room was a little bit hot. The air conditioner was weak. Anyway the hotel was wonderful.
