It was a beautiful Hotel for my family and I. Only thing was.. the pool was supposed to be heated. It was freezing. The pull out bed for my kids to sleep on was caving in on one side. It didn’t come with blankets or pillows only a mattress. The main bed was hard as a rock. No night lights so it was pitch black for my visually impaired son at night. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Hot tub was nice. Room was beautiful. I don’t think we would be back.

We had issues w my room card. It worked once then I had to go downstairs to get the card initiated every time I wanted to re-enter my room.

The people at check in were amazing. There was a young lady in training and as I watched her while eating breakfast, I later told the manager that the young lady was going to make an excellent employee. You could just tell. She was so sweet.

Fire alarm went off at 5 AM. Not sure the reason…fire department left after an hour and we could return to our rooms.

Great place but I was disappointed that the airport shuttle was not available due to a scheduled oil change. Which is the reason I chose this particular hotel. However I was able to schedule an Uber.

Bathroom mildew on tiles and dirty shower curtain

Beds were very firm (not comfortable at all). Pull out couch was not fit to sleep in. Huge bent bar across your back. Pillows were small and not the best. Bedding for pullout was stained. Other than that it was clean and the staff was great. They were quick to replace the stained bedding.

The first room I was put into had the water turned off on the toilet so it would not flush. The desk clerk came immediately when I called about it and discovered that it needed a new flush valve. He didn’t have the part in house so he moved me to another room. That was great customer service but it would have been even better if the room was marked out of service beforehand. I had already unpacked so I had to pack everything up then unpack again in the other room.
The room I was put in had a damp smell. It seemed clean everything felt just a little damp. I brought a magazine with me and by the next morning it also felt damp.
Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with directions.

i was very pleasantly surprised, along with the typical b'fast offerings, to find fairly robust Japanese traditional culinary items. Talking to an employee, I realized that is because of a Toyota plant nearby

We stayed for 3 nights in a King studio and it exceeded expectations! the room was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. The staff was super friendly. the pool and hot tub area were beautiful and clean. The laundry facilities were very useful. My daughter played on the basketball court during our downtime, and the breakfast was great as well. We will surely book this hotel again if we are in the area!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite on the 4th floor. Overall, the suite was in good condition with just a few issues (bureau drawers that wouldn’t close, for example, and an alarm clock that went off at midnight). Our biggest complaint was the quality of the bed and pillows. We had a terrible night of sleep because the mattress was so broken down and the pillows had no firmness whatsoever. We were glad to only be staying one night.

The hotel was clean and the staff were so helpful. I used there airport transport which was amazing and easy. You have to call the hotel to get the ride from airport. The breakfast was good and had many options.

While the staff were helpful and friendly, the cleanliness of the room was called into question a few times. There were water spots in the bathroom from lack of the use of the exhaust fan that were not tidied up and they left materials from the previous guest in the nightstand.
the breakfast was subpar, but it was free so I guess I can't complain much. the pool was nice, although cold at times - my kids didn't care either way.

Overall it was a nice hotel. However the room was not as clean as I’d hoped. The bathroom floor was sticky, the toilet ran constantly and there was some sort of mildew stain on the bottom of the shower curtain. There were food crumbs on the floor when we walked in. The desk attendant on the night shift was not friendly.

Our overall experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest upgrading the mattress and checking the door frames in the bathroom.

Hotel was in a good location close to restaurants and stores. Easy check in. Pool was warm and hot tub was nice too. Though the hotel seemed a little dated it was well kept up.
Hotels.com lists that the hotel has free roll-a-way beds which we were expecting to have to fit our family. However the hotel told us they do not have them and that Hotels.com falsely advertises them. We checked the actual Marriott website and sure enough it does not list them as an amenity or extra. Sadly since we booked with hotels.com and not Marriott itself we could not get a room upgrade. So one kid had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor. Also dishes in the cabinets and drawers were not clean so we had to wash them before use.

I reserved a one bedroom and was downgraded to a king suite w/out being told. We got in our room only to find out, went back downstairs and they told us. Said there was nothing they could do about it. Woke up Sunday morning w/ no hot water.
