Comfortable, friendly, and clean but basic. Terrific location. Relatively reasonable rates...for this area in the peak season anyway! They provide a "breakfast" but it's just coffee and snacks.

We received a warm welcome and later found out she is a co-owner. The Inn is clean and in a great location for beach(they run a shuttle on the hour so no need to pay parking), shopping and Four Seas Ice Cream is right across the street.
When we asked for paddle boarding advice they gave us a great location and rental option.
Lots of “grab and go” breakfast options too! We will be back.

As far as the room, it was clean but a bit tired looking. Generally fine. My main problem was that the desk told us that notwithstanding using Expedia, the room would cost us an addition $30. We were stuck as canceling would mean losing our entire payment and there is little available in Cape Cod in the summer without an early reservation.

Outdoor sitting, location close to the beach. Front staff friendly but with no solution for lack of room services. I would possibly revisit but at no risk would try an other alternative. Sorry I could have to high of expectations ! Just not sure that they want to do better. I also understand that it’s a seasonal motel . We had a good stay over all . Recommend to others yes why not. We can always compromise a little.

Wonderful management! Great and friendly staff. It wasn’t a planned stay and the staff at CBI was incredible. Charming, clean, fabulous location. Short walk to the beach.
Across from Four Seas, one of the oldest ice cream shops in the US. Beautiful black Labrador named Nya.

Good, clean places down the cape an be difficult to find. Craigville Beach Inn was above my expectations for something in this area. The room was clean and appointed well for a Cape hotel room. Best of all was how quiet it was for a completely full hotel. We could not hear any noise from the rooms to the right of left of us and only heard a little bit of creaking from people walking around above us. Close to the beach (hotel runs a free shuttle every hour during the day to save on parking $$) close to Hyannis, and across the street from 4 Seas Ice Cream shop (a local staple). Overall a great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Craigville Beach Inn. The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes, and the ice cream next door was amazing! The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I will definitely come back in the future.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Perfectly clean. Terrific location--just minutes from downtown Hyannis, but feels like it's in a secluded woodland. Sizeable room w two tables and chairs along with a couch (and bed). Only complaint, and it's minor: place a reading lamp near the couch.
Will more than likely return to what was easily one of the better places we've stayed on the Cape.

This is a property that has been in my hometown for several years but I never had the opportunity to stay at it. My stay was for 12 days, which for me is a longer than usual stay, and I was completely satisfied throughout. It met with my expectations completely and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Cape Cod

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Craigsville Inn. Our room was on 2nd floor and was pleased to see how spacious the room was as well as cleanliness.
Very quaint nice property conveniently located near everything. The check in was fast and receptionist was extremely friendly. We had the roomed cleaned and fresh towels with a beautiful basket of delightful toiletries. This property exceeded my expectations and would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The Inn is a great place to stay on the Cape. Our room was beautiful, the area is quiet and convenient to the beach, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds re beautiful with large lawn area with chairs and tables. We will definitely return!

Such an adorable place in a beautiful cape cod village. Loved my morning walk to the beach. Room was super clean. A bit dated, but I kind of expected that. Simple check in and check out. Definitely will be back again soon.

Just one night stay. Nice to be so close to the beach, you can walk or take the free shuttle. The staff is nice and friendly and the place is clean. The room is not very spacious and it’s noisy if you are on the first floor you hear the steps from upstairs. But if you stay one or two nights it’s ok.

A typical Cape Cod two story motel closed during the winter. It is a short distance from the Cragsvill Beach, they do provide a shuttle to the beach. The staff is friendly and they keep the place very clean.
I was there for a one-night stay so I didn't have time to go to the beach nor take advantage of the swimming pool.
One recommendation, there isn't an elevator going to the 2nd, floor, If you need a 1st floor room let them know when making your reservation. We were on the 1st floor and some of the 1st floor rooms required you to do 2 or 3 steps, most of the rooms had no steps.
