The room was clean and comfortable. The service and breakfast was amazing. Elaine was very welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable.

The staff were amazing they made me feel very welcome, I would definately go back and hope to do soon, most definately would recommend this guest house. A fabulous place and most welcoming staff.

Spotlessly clean and well run establishment. The owners and staff are all friendly and approachable. The breakfast is top quality and was always accurately delivered. Parking was good and the bonus of frequent bus services right outside the property made it very easy to get around.

A very nice little place..lovely room..excellent breakfast and within a 20min walk to the sea and the town centre. Stayed here for two nights and i would definitly stay here again on my next trip.

You are welcomed with a friendly smile, pot of tea and a delicious piece of homemade cake. The owner is amiable and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel Is extremely comfotable with good bus and rail links. We will definitely be visiting again.

Very welcoming on arrival with refreshments, we arrived two hours early but were still able to check-in. Excellent location for public transport which is cheap and reliable. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was freshly cooked good quality produce. The owners are lovely, I'd informed them about my son who has a disability and they were extremely kind, helpful and understanding, could not do enough to help. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Room very clean & comfortable with excellent en-suite. Drink making facilities in room very generous. Breakfast was superb, again in a very relaxed, homely environment with lovely, sociable hosts. Plenty of information available in reception area of local amenities & attractions, with added benefit of knowledge of hosts & advice regarding public transport etc
