I booked two rooms for my friend and me. We had an amazing stay! The room was very spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the first night, which wasn’t great due to a group of teenagers who were very loud. The jacuzzi was fine, but the teenagers dominated it and stayed for more than 20 minutes. Our room was on the first floor, which was a disadvantage because we could hear the loud voices of the teenagers running and talking. Thankfully, by the second night, they were gone. Overall, it was a great experience. One thing they could improve: I wish they had a garbage bin by the sink, and providing bathrobes would be nice too.

Staff were friendly. Room and breakfast area were clean and well maintained. There were multiple breakfast choices, with variety over the course of our stay. The staff maintained the hot choices to ensure that they were available during the rush.
The only negative was the hot tub appeared dirty and the towels for the pool were perpetually empty. Staff were great about replenishing the towels upon request, as well as activating the waterslide.
We have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay in the future.

We had a large room with two very comfortable queen beds and an excellent shower. However our windows were very dirty and the gardens around the hotel were full of weeds and thistles. There were two large lights shining in our window at night. Rather annoying.

The hotel staff were great and the suite was so large. However, there was someone else’s hair on the body wash bottle, and scraps of garbage in the room (I found a bottle cap under the end of the bed.) The lotion bottle also had some red substance on the pump (maybe makeup?) which was unpleasant, and there was a cloth and hand towel on the floor in the bathroom. The air conditioner also made all sorts of noises that woke me up in the night many times; it sounded like someone was trying to come into my room.
