I typically book at this hotel and similar properties. This time the room was a major disappointment. Smaller than usual it felt cramped and worn down. Furniture looked outdated and the bathtub water did not drain easily. Avoid room 227.

The hotel is great, but bathroom fittings are quite old. It has free parking. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was not updated; everything was functional, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The room service was also great. It's a great value.

First, the elevator did not work and the staff insisted that i was not pushing the button hard enough. After convincing the staff to try for themselves. They suggested we carry our luggage up 5 floors while they investigate the inoperative elevator.

Breakfast of a very low standard. Variation of the food not near good enough. Paper dishes and plastic cutlery. No hotel bar. Elevator very, very slow. Rooms spaceful though.

Property was clean throughout and the front desk staff were helpful. Our bathroom had no fan ventilation, so we had to use our luggage to prop the door open after showering. This was a small price to pay for the comfortable beds and hot breakfast. It was also extremely quiet considering the property is next to the freeway. Would stay here again.

Good, well run hotel with pretty good rooms, a nice little pool, reasonable breakfast. Only issue was that one of the two elevators was broken and the other was intermittently out.

When we checked in the desk person was at lunch and we had to wait. Breakfast items were always needing refilled. Garbage was not emptied so we had to leave our garbage on the table. We had to go to the store to buy our own breakfast foods. We asked for additional towels sent to our room and they did not come. I had to go down and get them and the desk person was not doing anything. This was the worst Marriot property I have ever stayed at. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles West Covina. The location is very manageable by me and my family.

Extremely rude staff during the check in. The house keeping is not so great since we had to go to the front desk to get refills for shampoo and etc. (they don't seem to have house keeping staff readily available and would not deliver to the room) The only descent part of the stay was the breakfast which was surprisingly well stocked with good yogurt and oatmeal. I would NOT return here.

Our stay at the Fairfield inn in Wet Covina was great! Very clean and quiet facility. It was a comfortable stay.
