Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast costs ¥2750 per head but choices are less, coffee and hot water only in small pots and water and food refill very slow.

Great location within walking distance to Sapporo train station, and the nearby Odori Park, Clock Tower, etc. Room was very clean and well-maintained, which is not common nowadays. If there’s anything to nitpick, I would say the spread at breakfast. It was good, but can be better. The bath on the top floor was a nice respite after a long day. It looked out to the skyline. Perfect!

3. Cross Hotel Sapporo, 8/30/2024 - 9/1/2024: Overall upscale feeling. Great location. A couple of minutes from underground walkway. A few minutes to walk to JR station. Surrounded with numerous restaurants and commercial buildings. Clean and fresh air room and fresh toilet room. The breakfast quality was very nice and had various choices of Japanese food and western food. Good variety in vegetables and fruits. Onsen on 18th floor was awesome. You could face a breathtaking view while enjoying the Onsen bath at sunset. The Onsen provided Dyson hair dryers. Sky lounge was on 18th floor, next to onsen. You could also get to see beautiful views. Cons: the vanities surface in bathroom was very small and narrow. Not wide enough to hold a makeup bag.

Overall a pleasant stay.
The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the station. There are malls & restaurant around the area. It's so convenient.
The room is clean, modern & spacious. There's small onsen which is nice.
Good spread of breakfast. It'll be better if there's some changes each day.

The bathhouse was quite unique as it is on a high floor. I had a good time with the different view of the city night lights.

6 min walk from the south exit of the train station. 10 min walk to Odori park. Room is clean and new. Lobby is small. Check in process is weird by using a kiosk. Still needed help from the staff to complete the process. It would be simpler just have the regular check In. Roof top public bath is clean and has a beautiful view of the city. It is a big plus after a long day of walking and exploring the city. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I wish I got the name of the nice front desk staff who helped me with confirmation of my next hotel and luggage transport information. A big shout out to her.

Very nice hotel and new. Location is the best, few mins walk to the Sapporo station. Many restaurants around and a 7-11 just near by. The only downside is the check-in is on the 2/F which is not convenience. Otherwise everything is excellent.

First time in Hokkaido, the hotel room was super nice and the staff were super welcoming. When I do visit Sapporo in the future, hopefully when it snows will definitely come back here to stay!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient as its walking distance to Sapporo Station and Odori Park. The breakfast became boring after the 6th day since the selections didn’t change. Staff were friendly.

We stayed 3 nights , a lot of peoples are waiting for breakfast, also a long queue for taking food, restaurant provided coffee to take away for free, why not also provide croissant, bread to let guests grab to go? Some guests might only have 10 to 15mins for breakfast, but always long queue to take the food !l saw some guests was give up the breakfast even they start to queue !
Room is a bit small especially for open the big suitcase luggage. also, no refrigerator in the room, it's only a cooler temperature like a wine shelf around 13-15°c, unless

Just a great hotel! The hotel has very friendly staff and is as clean as it can be. It is close to the JR main railwy station, ideal if you want to discover Sapporo.

A bit too compact size room for a young family of 4 but the beds were amazing and rooms were clean. The hotel wifi was very weak for a work zoom call in the room and lobby. Onsen was a bit outdated but expected i guess. Location was perfect for Sapporo and 5 mins from major stations

A very nice hotel with great staff and a nice location. The room was a bit small for 3 and we didn't have much room to manoeuvre with 3 suitcases. Overall, a wonderful hotel!

Nice hotel. Breakfast was average and they rush you to leave at 10:00 sharp. A little uptight. A/C seems like it would have difficulty keeping the room cool in summer. Onsen is nice but again, they rush you to leave. Otherwise, perfectly fine.

I enjoyed my stay at Cross Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is just few minutes walk from Sapporo JR Station, Odori Park and Susukino. TV Tower, Clock Tower and the market is just near by. Hot spring is on the top of the building. I can enjoy the city view from there, very relaxing. The service was good but it is a little bit hard to communicate in English. I will come back again.

I enjoyed my stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was immense and worth the money. The staff, especially the housekeeping crew were helpful and kind. The hotel was centrally located. Easily accessible to Sapporo station and was close to many things. I will return one day and will for sure stay at this place again!

Groovy place. Only thing that seems a bit strange is what seemed to be a black light was attached to the bed’s headboard on the side. I haven’t seen that before.
Location is great and there are a ton of bars/restaurants nearby if that’s what you’re into.

We had two rooms and both are very small and stuffy. I request shower only. But didn't get that.
