The hotel is nice, the accomodations are comfortable. However the staff at the front desk were Not very helpful, not to mention both times i had a question, they were attending their cell phone, before attending me that i was in front of them. The attendant at the parking lot was more polite, than the people at the front desk.

EL HOTEL ESTA SENCILLO PERO MUY BONITO, COMODO Y LIMPIO. EL RESTAURANTE TIENE BUEN SERVICIO Y LA COMIDA ESTA SABROSA. UN POCO COMPLICADO EL ASUNTO DEL ESTACIONAMIENTO PORQUE ES PEQUEÑO Y EN MI CASO YA NO HABIA ESPACIO PARA MI AUTO, ASI QUE TUVE QUE DEJARLO AFUERA. PERO INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE ESO, ES UNA BUENA OPCION ESTE HOTEL EN VERACRUZ.

Arrived from Mexico City and although I am staying in Veracruz with friends for awhile , I wanted to stay at a hotel the first night. Saw this hotel when I was looking online and remembered it was right behind the bus station. Check in was easy and pleasant. The woman at the desk was very nice. The room is very simple but for the price just what I needed.Decent bed, good shower, very good wifi and I got to watch an NFL game Sunday night in the room.The location is great. There is an Aurrera supermarket 5 minutes or less walking and a few 24 hour places across the street,Oxxo and Guadalajara Pharmacy which offer various items. Lots of good street food down the side street of the bus station and some pretty good restauarants.There is a school next door and you will hear kids playing in the morning but there are worse sounds to be woken up to. I fell back asleep so not too bad.Very convenient hotel and price is right of you are in transit next day at bus station.

Comfortable, clean and right next to the bus station. 15 minutes walk from the ocean. I would come back!

This hotel is well located and staff were great. However, its right by a school and it is so, so loud. At night, the air conditioner unites on the roof vibrate the whole room if youre on the 4th floor. I thought was excellent value and really appreciate the staff moving my room and not their fault about the school, but wouldnt stay because of that

Perfect for a quick cheap stay! Clean and very kind and helpful. Great if you need to be close ti the bus station. Cheap taxi ride to all areas.

It seems that they spend all of their money in decor and forgot about supplies. Uneducated and rude front desk personnel. Cleaning crew were more friendly. Pool is the size of a family jacuzzi. Forget about swimming. Towels are old, stained and ripped.

OK Hotel. Good Aircon, but a bit loud. Secure parking and OK Cafe onsite.

For the low price I paid for this hotel it was excellent. A bit noisy on the morning but great for a one night stay. I Would ask for interior rooms to keep the room silent if I stay there again.

On arrival, we were given a room with 1 double bed. Went to the desk and was immediately given another room with 2 double beds, which we had originally expected. The staff is great and the rooms are good and clean. The only con is the location, as it is not near any sites of interest. To counteract that issue, taxis are plentiful and cheap. Every site we visited cost 30pesos and most things of interest are a 10 to 20 minute taxi ride. The restaurant attached to the lobby had great food, better than some of the others in the tourist areas near the Plazas.

Great place to stay if you need to be near attractions and city center. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant in the hotel is great! Fully recommended!

On the downside: the room expired at 01:00 pm but when I arrived at 12:50 pm (hoping to take a shower) the room was already being cleaned. I didn't liked that.

Right across the street from one of the main bus stations is very convenient. Standard restaurant right on site.

I found the NU Hotel to be stylish and appreciated the convenient location.This chic hotel is right across from the Veracruz Central Bus Terminal. This was great for me because I visited nearby towns by bus (also authorized taxi tickets available at the terminal).It is located about eight blocks west of the Plaza Villa de Mar (Veracruz Aquarium, Wax Museum, Riley’s, Mall & Beach) and 3 km south from the Zócalo.
