The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our bathtub was not clean, and more effort needs to be spent cleaning around the bottom of the toilet. That said, I would easily stay their again. Had I reported it when I got there, I'm sure they would have taken care of it. The bed was comfy and the room was plenty spacious. I wish the hotel description had said there was a Keurig - frankly that is different than just a coffee pot. The breakfast was good. There were plenty of options from cereal to eggs and meat. And a real comfortable dining area. The area around the hotel felt safe and relatively quiet.

Two queen suite with pull-out couch was perfect for our family of six. Service is incredible and so accommodating, even when we pulled in about 90 min before sunrise and were just wanting to sleep a little. Will never stay anywhere else in Missoula.

The room we booked they no longer have and wasn’t told until 20 mins before arrival. Was on top floor and elevator broke and had to use stairs the whole time with all our luggage. Was a nice place, staff was nice. Just disappointed and no compensation for anything still had to pay full price.

Stayed 3 nights in a suite. Ample room for a family of 5. Hotel was newly renovated, very clean and fresh. Breakfast could have been better with more options,but was adequate.

Room did not have the advertised sleeping arrangements. Elevator broke down, quite frustrating when on the top floor. Breakfast was nice. Staff was helpful trying to accommodate.

Everything was great, the only problem was that the pool was out of service (which is why I booked it). Their sister hotel accommodated the use of their pool as an alternative but still… other than that it was awesome and I will be back.

We were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing construction leading up to our stay. Breakfast was cold. While it’s understandable that these things are out of the ordinary due to construction, I would have been fine with rebooking with a different hotel if we were made aware of rennovations.

Doing renovations and the place is a mess. Stay away until done, way too expensive for the condition the building is in.

Great front desk attendant! This property was under construction and we didn’t know but front desk attendant helped us over and beyond what we could have asked. She deserves a raise!

You had to go in the back door. There was no chec in desk. They gave me a brown bag cold breakfast. 2 hard boil eggs that they cooked themselves and threw in a baggie. A green banana. A tiny blueberry muffin. Fruit they cut up and threw in a strofoam cup. And a small apple juice. Nothing hot to eat. They wash the sheets in something i had to remove the pillow case it was making my face ich. I wont stay at that one again. And the hilton exspress is my favorite hotel.
