The Oberoi is always and in many ways exceptional!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi Gurgaon for two nights and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.
The breakfast and dinner at the 360 restaurant were simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The service was impeccable and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.
The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout my stay, and the room service was prompt and efficient.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Oberoi Gurgaon highly enough. The level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The health focet had a leak which was fixed the following day, but due to the issue, the water had run out - the maintenance need to be cross checked prior to any client visit.

I am very happy that I stayed with the Oberoi hotel. The quality of service that they provided was impeccable. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend their hotel if you are looking for a safe, clean and beautiful hotel. Their attention to detail is amazing and the fine touches to make guest feel at home and welcome were highly appreciated.

There is not a negative thing to say about Oberoi Gurugram (Gurgaon). This hotel is exceptional and continues the heritage and values that Oberoi Hotel group are known for. The hotel is eco-friendly, using solar power, setting an example to others. Business or holiday - you will not be disappointed.

Everything was perfect!We could check in at our room because it was late night. Staff was so kind to us and we had a welcome drink, which was really good. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

An excellent hotel. There is good dining in the hotel, and the hotel has an excellent fitness area when compared with all of the other hotel fitness areas I have been to. If I ever find myself in Delhi again, I would love to stay at this hotel again.

This fabulous hotel exceeded all expectations in every way possible! From the flawless check-in to the beautiful, modern room to the restaurants to the pool attendants to the entire Oberoi staff, everything was 7 stars! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Oberoi Gurgaon which made it very difficult to leave. Thanks for an incredible experience !

They have set the bar extremely high. I traveled alone and right from the time I got outbid the airport with a couple of staff waiting there, to check in process, showing me the property, super friendly staff, neat and clean. It was the staff that made the stay extremely comfortable. Of course, the room and amenities were bang on as well.

Absolutely stunning property with all modern amenities. It was my fathers 75th Birthday and the entire Hotel staff made it a truly memorable experience. While the entire staff was courteous Special mention about Ramit who is a front office supervisor was super courteous and took care of everything we asked for. Experience to be remembered. Will definitely visit again in future.

The Oberoi lives up to its reputation and provides a sublime experience. The SPA, food and yoga classes are world class, while the Piano bar provides a serene backdrop for any business discussion.

I have been stayed at this property quite a lot of times . Very good service . Oberoi has been my first pick in India .
This time the restaurant is closed , only 360 is open . And a small incident happened in my room . The staff reacted quickly . And when I checked out , one staff asked about it . Really appreciate that they do care about the guest’s stay . Other than that , everything is good .
Looking forward to my next Oberoi experience.

Nice hotel located nearby offices. Good services as well. Some pain points: air conditioning is crazy and you keep going from super hot areas to super cold ones; lights in the room are sparse and not easy to use; the restaurant staff keep asking how you feel every 10 minutes which becomes annoying

The property is nice, clean, peaceful and has amazing restaurants. The residential block is separate from the restaurants which provides privacy and isolation. The pool side is beautiful.

One of the best hotels in Delhi, possibly the best. 50 meter pool. Only small minus is that the connecting doors between the rooms don't have much sound insulation so if you get a noisy neighbour it can be an issue. Apart from that, it's the perfect hotel.
