Was just ok. Hotel shuttle took an hour to pick us up. Another 30 minutes to get to the hotel. It was late and we were tierd. Room was tierd but ok. Thought maybe some prostitution was being done in the room a couple doors down.

The shuttle did not pick me up from airport as arranged. Had to find another shuttle to take me. They didn't save a 1st floor room for me. Obviously I'm a woman travelling alone from my reservation. Only 1 girl on duty at 9pm. She had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to 2nd floor as no one else to help her. No restaurant as advertised. Nearest restaurent: had to cross FREEWAYS at night to get to it. Ad said restaurant was in hotel. Had to go without dinner. Sofa in room was old, faded with stains. One small blood stain on one of pillowcases. Paper lampshades were torn in places. The outside was like signing into a prison with passing papers through a slot. No coffee etc available in lobby when I signed in or out. Lobby itself was smaller than any I've ever seen. One couch. Days Inn does not keep up its properties from what I've heard from others. Never again. And, I demand a refund!!!!!

No problems – just a quick stay during a business trip to Houston. Nice staff, clean and quiet rooms.

I had called and canceled my reservation because united canceled my flight from Houston because of inspection of door plug that blew off a boeing plane I would appreciate your refund.i called earlier to cancel as soon i received message from united. i did not stay at property. need refund

The room was very dirty ,hair dryer wasn't working ,floors dirty ,sink ,bead headboard was nasty and one of the lamps where broken .

it is near to the airport and the airport shuttle is really on time.

Stayed only one night. Room smelled like a rubber balloon. Toilet continued to run. Paint chips everywhere. Some guy smoking weed outside room at the picnic tables. Clerk wrote down wrong time for shuttle service to airport. No restaurants/dining nearby - had to cross busy street in order to get fast-food. Television kept buffering. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend

You really can’t complain very much about this place, not pricey at all and if you want to go get food, the area is not far for a walk to grab a bite like Dennys

Large group of loud drinking men out in the courtyard until 3am, cars squealing their tires. The check in desk is behind plexiglass during the day, and at night you check in through a little window outside. The inside of the room was very run down. Honestly the sketchiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

The night manager checked us into a room that was already in use. VERY EMBARRASSING for all parties. Requested an early wake-up call. It did not happen. Missed hotel shuttle. Almost missed flight. Incurred a $20 Lyft ride to get us to the airport.

Overall it was a clean well run establishment with if you had transportation as I did everything locally available in close proximity for all my needs

Good: Super comfy mattress, clean room, nice staff, 24/7 airport shuttle. Bad: Room smelled like cigarettes, toilet wasn’t working, you can hear neighbors talking beside your room. It could’ve been that particular weekend we were there but the guests were very loud and paid no respect to the fact there were other people sleeping next to their room. Sheets were an uncomfortable fabric that would itch your skin. Cars were racing up and down the street around 1-2am. Overall besides the room smelling like cigarettes there wouldn’t be anything else that the staff could improve. Thanks for the stay.

Happens to be a good fast food chicken restaurant near where u can buy dinner and breakfast / was really nothing decent for breakfast and no cream fof coffee Not a pleasant location but i felt ok walking alone at 9 pm for food for 10 min

The lady at the dest was very nice she even let us check in early which most places wont without a charge

The AC was terrible. Even at night it was very hot. The AC was set to 61 and could not be changed. When front desk was alerted they apologize and said there was nothing they can do

I will never stay here again. The first (of 3) rooms was not clean. There were big blobs of something icky left on the bathroom counter. Hair on the toilet, trash on the floor. I asked for another room and was given one. Used the toilet, it wouldn’t flush. The water to it was turned off. This room also had 2 dead cockroaches on the floor. Asked for a 3rd room and it was clean and functional except the A/C refused to turn on. They did not have any other rooms so we went back to the 2nd room. We had to manually turn the water on and off to the toilet, open the toilet tank and hold a plastic piece that was broken in order to prevent water from spraying everywhere while the tank refilled (so it could be flushed again) then turn the water back off. Then do the process all over each time we used the restroom. No fun.

The only thing holding this property together is the young lady that was working the night I got in town. Our first room had disgusting p or coffee stains on the sheets. She was so kind enough to change our room. It was smaller but it looked nice until the moment we closed the door, every roach you could imagine crawled through the front door of the room. Then they were infested in the flat screen on the wall. It was 2am. We had just got there at 130am. I went down to explain to her what was going on in the room. She was very sweet and apologetic. She then put us back in our first room with clean sheets. Although we were only there for the time being until we checked into our air bnb the next morning, that just made the days inn look terrible. I will never book here again.

Dirty, the guy at the front desk was rude and they cancelled my reservation without notification because I arrived after 10:00 pm

Rooms need to be updated badly. Furniture is old and worn out. Only one trashcan in the place located in the restroom. Towels were nasty and stained. Hairdryer didn’t work. Door into room did not shut and lock properly. They Only give you one muffin and coffee for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked.

Checkin was great ,at the time of checkin i requested front desk that extend the checkin Time she agreed to 1200pm on day of check out shuttle was late she I came to hotel at 1215 pm went straight into my room .my belongings was missing , I run back to reception the lady was very rude . She told that you supposed to check out at 11am , since I was not check out on time she put my belongings in laundry room . She was very rude she said I have another customers waiting for the rooms ,I went through terrible experience

The walls around the toilet were nasty. The building was very old. We kept having to remove the toilet top to fix the float so we could flush the toilet. There was no swimming pool as advertised ! I got bit like crazy by something in the bed hhhmmm!!! People were coming in and out all hours & were very noisy ! We couldnt get sleep because of the noise ! Kept having to go down & get our key working. We will not be staying there again !

Friendly night clerk. Asked for room on top floor and got it. Lobby was locked so had to check in through outside window. Lots of well lit parking and cameras everywhere. Room was spacious and clean and well lit. Everything worked fine. Bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet seat was loose and loveseat had stains. A mold spot on the ceiling. Floors were clean. It was quiet and the air conditioner worked great. It was a good rate for overnight and will return.
