We were traveling for four nights. The bathroom and bathtub were very dirty. The cleanliness was poor. The towels were stained and dark. Fortunately, I brought my own towels. A charging cable was lost in a friend's room on the third night. I suspected that the cleaning staff took it away when the room was being cleaned.

Terrific place to stay. Only thing is I felt air conditioner vents could have been cleaned. I’m sure if I would have asked they would have done. Lovely staff. Great food and location.

A good hotel, very centrally located, both in terms of transport, Skytrain but also for shopping. There are several centers nearby. Delicious and rich breakfast selection. However, the staff is a bit reserved. If you stay in a hotel 7-8 times, you expect a bit of recognition and friendliness.

When using air air conditioner, I felt smoking smelled. I'm no t sure, but someone who staying next to me was smoking? I'm not satisfied this point.

Perfectly convenient location, literally just right next to the Phra Khanong BTS station (exit 1). Nice and helpful team of staff and they are all fluent in English. Excellent breakfast (vegan friendly). Nice and comfy bed, clean bath tub, great selection of facilities (gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, massage pool, even squash room). I can’t ask for more for the price i paid! Will definitely stay there again for the next visit!
Cons: occasional drain flies and small buggy were spotted in the bathroom, but it’s bangkok after all. The building and the facilities overall are not in the newest condition, yet everything is generally well-maintained. And there is no 7-11 nearby. the closest one is 5mins away by walking. Think twice before booking if you are picky about these.

The location is very convenient, near to MTR. The room is big with high ceiling. However, the bath is not very clean. The shower throw is weak. The open kitchen is not clean. Lots of stain. The manager provides good service, helps make reservations for a taxi to the airport.

Reservation staff Ms Da, Kim, Joy, Tib were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast are staff is very friendly. Ms. Donut is very nice. Front staff really makes you feel special. They always welcome you with a genuine smile whenever they see you. We really liked them. . Easy access to transportation. A 7-11 type store is next to the property. Nice and clean hotel. I highlyrecommend this place. Thank you.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Reservation desk (Front Desk) Ms. Da, Joy, Tib, and Kim are extremely nice, very professional and always ready to help. Dinning room staff Ms. Donut is always smiling.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff and room were great. Suggest to book the bigger room, worth the upgrade. BTS station is 30 steps from the hotel lobby. Breakfast is good, but after 2 days you would want to eat something new. Overall 5 stars, the only downside is the traffic around the hotel, it is always congested but non-issue if you only want to take BTS/MRT.

Hotel was alright. It was a little dated and had a faint smell of cigarettes. When I took off sheets to. Heck for bedbugs as a precaution there was an old toe nail clipping. There were some stains on the floor near the door to the pool. The hotel was in a very convenient but busy area. Staff was quick when you asked for something. Our room had a private pool which made up for a lot. It was clean and a great amenity. The gym is dated with little equipment.

Room is okay enough space for two persons with cookware and washing machine. Hotel staff show very unfriendly without smile or greeting words, service really poor from restaurant staff that they just ignore dishes on table not collecting them away and food on floor become slippy..... Also window curtain in bathroom broke down and I need to cover window by towel...... Really disappointed!!

This is my second extended (greater than 10 days) stay at the Jasmine Resort. First, the staff are just incredibly good - everyone from the front desk to the door staff to the housekeeping staff. Super polite, prompt, and friendly. The property is a great value with nice rooms and furniture, along with a fantastic location right next to a major BTS station and a short walk from so many great restaurants. This is by far my favorite corner of Bangkok and favorite place to stay.l
