Excellent property with BTS sky train walk bridge. Hotel was a bit outdated ie USB, TV and Safe. However, decoration was nice and pleasant. Staff members are very helpful and courteseous. We enjoyed our stay.

Great facilities and very supportive staff. The hotel and facilities didn't feel too crowded. The location is very good, with direct access to the BTS station (Surasak), and also within walking distance to some nice restaurants around the Sathorn area.

Great place. Makes you feel like a millionaire. Good food and a fantastic view of the Bangkok skyline from our sky superior rooms.

Amazing facilities. Pool is amazing. Food is amazing and reasonably priced. View is great from the room. Fitness center is satisfactory for a vacation gym. Location is convenient. Wife and I are happy.

The hotel is connected to BTS Surasak which was super convenient. Although there was no big malls or supermarket closeby, it was easy enough to go to Siam area by BTS. And the service that came along with the executive lounge access was excellent - from private check-in to happy hour and private breakfast area! Worth the price.

I booked 4 days in Eastin because of location and excellent reviews. The hotel is a highriser and you wait long time to go up and down. The room was ok but not as big as expected, not much space for two. Its very noisy due to the traffic. The atmosphere is not a five star hotel, you feel like come and go, very busy due to lots of Chinese people. The breakfast was in a huge hall, loud and crowded… self service. People didnt greet and were staring in their cellphones. I am allergic to Laktose and Gluten. I ordered oat milk coffee because the self services machines didnt offer it To make it short… I got an allergic reaction on the wrong milk and lost a day vacation. I didnt feel safe at Eastin because staff had language problems, so I asked to change the hotel. After talking to hotel.com, Eastin refused to change my booking and kept the full payment ofmy full prepayed stay. Customer service should be key in a 5 star hotel… here it was all about the money. With this experience I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for atmosphere, space, style and service.

The hotel and staff are wonderful, however it’s located in a very busy street and getting in and out by taxi or anything other that a bike is troublesome and can delay your plans greatly.

Sathorn area is perfect for catching a boat up and down the river to the main sites! There is even a bridge directly to the sky train which takes you to the next stop for the boat pier. Super convenient. The food, the staff, the exec lounge—all five star!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eastin Grand. The hotel is really well situated, with a BTS station directly outside and a connected walkway straight to the station. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the Sathorn pier where you can take river boats to all the main sites along the river. We paid for the executive lounge access too, and we thought it was worth the extra. The lounge is on the 32nd floor, with incredible views across the city. The happy hour included alcoholic beverages and a great buffet for those with lounge access, and was available for 2 hours every evening. The pool is located on the 14th floor, and has a nice view from the pool bar and infinity pool. Lower down, you can still see the Chao Phraya river, but you're more at the level of the city, with high-rise buildings creating a more dramatic backdrop. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was we found our mattress was too hard and so were the pillows. Our shower mixer was also on the fritz, cycling between hot and cold. We should have spoken up when we first noticed, but we were so busy exploring every day... All said and told, I would recommend it as a great location to stay in Bangkok!

The best part about this hotel was using the metro that was connected to the hotel's 3rd floor.

It was so nice being connected to the BTS station so we could get around the city! Polly And the other servers at Antito’s We’re very welcoming and made sure we were OK when hanging out by the pool:) the view at the the pool is out of this world. The room was nice and the breakfast was fantastic with so many options. Stay here!

Awesome accommodating staff

The property isn’t next to the pier or Icon Siam but it’s directly connected to their BTS Skytrain thru their 3rd floor entrance. It’s very convenient and I prefer it to not be next to the hustle and bustle of Icon Siam or Asiatique. Anyway, the hotel is 1 stop away from Sathorn Pier where you can take a free boat shuttle to Asiatique or pay for the one to Icon Siam. Icon Siam is 2 stops away (although you’re transferring to another line) so I’ll definitely take that route instead. Speaking of the hotel, our room was the Executive suite with lounge access. DEFINITELY get the lounge access if you want to have free happy hour cocktails and snacks. You can also have your breakfast there instead of the crowded 5th floor restaurant. You also get better service in the lounge - not that there was anything wrong at all with the service everywhere. The staff, including our housekeeper, was very friendly and polite. The room again is luxurious and grand. I don’t have anything bad to say about it! Check them out (or check in😃), you won’t regret staying in this hotel. Closeness to the train station. Excellent breakfast with lot of items, great customer service, everything is speck and clean.

After one night, this is our new official hotel for stays in Bangkok. I am very very very fussy about hotels! This is dramatic decision on my part! Claire at the front desk is a jewel! The hotel is perfect!

all the staff were good, especially chef mankop who got me freshly made bread pudding after it ran out. the breakfast selection was top. gym and sun deck were excellent. the covered walk way to BTS was wonderful.
