It is a good hotel, great service and excellent breakfast. I recommend it.

When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us right away and stated that they upgraded our room. She explained everything perfectly and created an image of what our experience at the hotel could be like. We took advantage of all of her recommendations and we booked the spa for a day. Our room was spacious and had a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower. The balcony overlooked the city and hills. It was very beautiful even though it is situated in the middle of a residential area. Ubers and taxis are very affordable so we did not rent a car. We booked a couples massage and took advantage of having lunch in the cafe area of the spa. We choose this hotel specifically because we read that they renovated their spa area. They just completed the work at the end of March and they did an amazing job. All the spa areas were beautiful and we loved the shower area outside the spa that had 4 water temperatures from hot to cold (great idea!). Our only suggestion is to book a 4 hour spa slot instead of 1 day. We only used the spa for 3 hours and went to dinner so we didn't have time to end the day there and paid for more than we used. The spa is open from 12 - 9. The deep tissue massage was exactly what we needed to end our trip. We also appreciated the bedside controls for the shutters, lights and a Do not disturb button (genius). The breakfast had a great variety of healthy options and perfect for what we were looking. for, We definitely will be back again.

Property is nice and clean. It looks very good well-maintained price is right.

It's not to a 5 stars level hotel. There are too many events and very loud noise and vibrations in the morning from bands rehearsal.

Due to 5 stars grade, i booked this hotel, but it has been rather old facilities. Just one day, check in, one bottle of potable water was served freely. If you want water, you should pay it.

Hotel is so well maintained and super clean. The room is very spacious and breakfast is good too. Close to the old town.

Grandiose lobby. Breakfast food disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Guests be aware! On weekends they are using the food from previous nights parties for next day breakfast!

There was nowhere to have dinner except the bar, which was noisy from the wedding music and the menu choice was limited. We opted to eat in our room. One bar staff member was rude and unhelpful when I asked for clarification on 2 of the dishes. We opted for Caesar chicken salad which was actually the worst food I have tasted in Transylvania all week, and the staff did not pay proper attention to what we ordered. Disappointing. The swimming pool is open to the general public so was not at all relaxing as there were several families in the pool.

The front desk staff (especially Dan) was fantastic and when my husband and I had a drink at the bar the night of our visit, the bartender was friendly and funny. My problem was breakfast - the service was TERRIBLE. Only one server acknowledged my husband and I and that was only one time when we asked “can we sit here” and she gave us a curt “yes.” Although breakfast was a buffet, the description offered eggs to order. There was no sign of any eggs being made at the buffet, but the same unfriendly server brought other people in the restaurant eggs from the kitchen along with cappuccinos and other types of coffee drinks. And she was interactive and pleasant with those other people. Frankly, I was offended by the lack of attention and it cast a pall over the entire experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice amenities! We really enjoyed the pool and the good breakfast! Very quiet area and plenty of parking! Will be back!

Lovely grand hotel with great staff always happy to help. This is our second stay and we will definitely back again.

It looks amazing however, lots of broken bits and pieces and light panel in our room kept flashing all night. The pool you had to pay to use and it wasn’t cheap. Hardly anyone used it

They could improve the A/C units, the lowest setting was 22C and the power of the unit was not enough for the size of the room. Summers in Romania can be quite hot

Really large hotel and spacious rooms. We arrived very late for checkin after our flight was delayed and all restaurants in the area, including the one in the hotel, were closed so plan accordingly.The hotel has a beautiful view of the city
