The staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful. I should highlight the massage was amazing continued with sauna and spa hence you don’t need to go anywhere.

The Trans Luxury Hotel in Bandung is absolutely luxurious. The rooms look fantastic with great amenities. The staff is very helpful and forthcoming. The food in the restaurant is varied. And the gym is well-stocked with good-quality machines and ample free-weights.
But I would never stay at the hotel again, as it is much too noisy. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, both between rooms and between floors, but mostly against the roads outside and the mosque across the road. I had to sleep with earplugs and I could still hear the noise outside. And when I was on the phone, my colleague on the other side of the World could hear the outside noise.

Room was quite well appointed. Could have a tour desk though. Breakfast service was quite poor. Food was not of international standard and was served cold to lukewarm. Staff have a habit of clearing your table even when you are not done with your meal. Don’t use the 6 or 12 hr car service. Its supposed to be at your disposal to bring you to all the places but the driver will bring you to some places like a coffee factory that gives him some incentive$. Overall a good hotel being next to Trans Mall and Trans Studio Amusement Park.

The manager on duty - Tedy and his staff at the club lounge were always attentive and helpful. The surprise was the cocktails in the lobby lounge! Didn’t discover it until the last day. The lemongrass gin and tonic was freshly made and excellent. We only have compliments for this hotel. Turned out to be the best decision for our family trip.

The surprise was the cocktails in the lobby lounge! Didn’t discover it until the last day. The lemongrass gin and tonic was freshly made and excellent.
We only have compliments for this hotel.
Turned out to be the best decision for our family trip.

Its new. It has shopping mall & theme park next to it. A mosque is just walking distance. An excellent choice for family getaway!

The hotel Is excellent, very nice, clean. We specially love the kids club, the fact it has people to look after the children and open until 9pm Is amazing. However some of the front desk staff and restaurant staff could do more smilling and could be little bit more friendly.

Self sufficient with a mall next to d hotel and a starbucks n coffeebean all located strategically for a quick fix. The panaromic view of the city n d mountains were such a sight to behold. Agatha one of the managers was lovely. She presented my husband with a cake at midnight as requested for his birthday. She also helpd us with the checkout in her most pleasant smile. Thank you Agatha. Samba the bartender at the lounge was another pleasant person we met. Thank you guys for ur warm service!

Perfect location if you want to play in Trans Studio Bandung, because you can enjoy and play until the park is closed.. They also have mall so you can stroll and have culinary experience.. I think this hotel is perfect for family vacation..

Everything is perfect about this hotel, service, amenities, staff all good, only one thing that I can not enjoy is the swimming pool area.. it is not comfortable to wear a normal swimming costume for visitor from overseas, just different culture

I really like the way all the hotel employees do their jobs started from the front door till the staff of the restaurant. They did a very good job. The hotel atmosphere is also very good, surrounding area is very clean and safe, and the amenities of the hotel are very impressive.
