The hotels location was great, and the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was great, spotless and lovely but the bed was so old, creaky and lumpy, reminded me of my old bed in a uni houseshare, it was awful. Breakfast was great and apart from the bed , it was fantastic there

The hotel offered such quick and efficient check in and out. It was great to see that one of the staff spoke Spanish too! Her name was Vanda, and she was amazingly cordial. She even shared the name of an excellent restaurant nearby, which was such a treat since it was also my birthday that day.
The room was very clean, and the washroom was ecofriendly with the toiletries. I usually don’t use hotel toiletries but these ones were quite good.
The gym was small and had both cardio and strength options. It would have been good for there to be a fan since it did get quite hot.
The breakfast was very well done and offered a great deal for various dietary needs. It would have been nice to have lactose free milk available too.

Excellent friendly staff, very comfortable beds, good location 10 minutes walk from old town. I enjoyed my stay here, Cluj is a very beautiful city with friendly people. The food choices are fantastic also.

We were initially in a 3rd floor small room overlooking a concrete block of flats ( or offices). We asked to be moved and as the hotel was relatively empty were shown several other rooms and choose one on the 7th floor which was much better ( for a 5 night stay ) .Hotel staff very helpfull and the car park is a real bonus. Would be happy to stay there again ( provided offered a reasonable room ).

The staff were outstanding. I had a few very minor issues and the front desk team went far above what would have been expected to address the issues, truly a wonderful team.

Hampton hotel is situated downtown Cluj. The rooms, we stayed twice, are spacious and quiet. The staff at the reception was polite, helpful, we wanted a late check out, and obliging.
All in all a positive experience.

Excellent value for the money, slightly off the downtown core (6-10 mins. walk) but very comfortable stay. Decent breakfast, just wishing they had some other type of meats, other than pork (of which there's everything... lol).

Great location, excellent customer service from staff (Rebeka was amazing!) With private underground parking which comes really in handy in Cluj. Great overall experience.

Very spacious room, modern and equipped with everything we needed, including slippers. Great selection at the buffet breakfast. Staff was very warm and helpful - they let us keep the car and luggage after checking out. Within less than 4 min walking distance to the old city. The best accommodation by far compared to the other option we tried a week before which was right in the old city. We’ll definitely come back here next time.

Many would mark a hotel down in "facilities" because there is no restaurant. I think it is the opposite: Hotel restaurants are often mediocre and always overpriced. I include 5 star hotels. At this hotel breakfast is excellent and included.

As usual, every stay at Hampton by Hilton Cluj Napoca is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful, all amenities are provided, breakfast is diverse, there is parking space available.

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Cluj . Never disappointed . Consistent good, clean, great service and convenient .

The hotel is approximately a 15min walk to the city centre. The personnel was extra polite and accommodating. We were even able to check-in earlier as our room was ready. Free parking at the site was really helpful. Good breakfast with a variety of products. The only minus would be the dusty (not dirty) water glasses that we found in our room. Someone did not pay any attention there! Otherwise, really nice stay.
