aside from thw bathroom being a tight fit and a loose doorknob, the room and stay in general was extremely comfortable with a great location

I loved the convenience of this hotel. Close to Hell’s Kurchen with plenty of dining options. Close to the port with lots of things to do. Just 2 blocks from the Carnival cruise port.

The rooms were fine but they were very stingy with the towels. sometimes they're not even leave the towels for the floor. we were always missing towels

Very cramped dirty room, only one bath towel in room, didn’t notice until we went to shower. . We were on first floor and the door looked like it had been kicked open or pried open and the locks didn’t feel adequate to protect us. For $500 a night and for Comfort Inn, I would expect more. I Would never stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. They even allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out so we could explore more of the city before our flight.

The location was “Safe” and doable for walking distance to Times Square. The rooms were awful and the size of a room closet so if you’re not planning to be in the room then it’s perfect, otherwise it’s college dorm life.. The staff was friendly and for the price it’s doable in a pinch. The rooms not the cleanest but I’ve had worse, unfortunately.

Hotel is located within walkable distance to midtown attractions. They also hold your bags before and after check in. Very helpful staff.

This location provide Best customer service form employees named FATIMA, SOLIM, TONI,REHANNA,MAX,CARLOS. They all go beyond their scope to make sure that you’re comfortable. They’re all super friendly and they are the perfect employees excellent service very happy customer and I will continue to be loyal to this account.

There was not wi if in my room, even I pay wi fi. I was suffering by lack of connection in 21 century. Next time do not advertise WI FI if there are lack of Wi Fi.

There was not a recent stay to enjoy despite my 2 day payment with excessive unspecified "hotel fees." Unfortunately an even bigger irrational request was asked of me at 3:20 pm check in. When I wasnt able to fulfill that unreasonable demand I was not permitted they key to the room that I paid 2 days for. Unfortunately the only reason why this review is being requested of me via email is because I was denied a refund while the "itinerary" to identify the paid reservations was removed from the front end however I file the records throughout the process of getting robbed.

I’m disputing you’re double charges I want my money put back or I’m calling the corporate office and I will dispute all charges!! I call and you don’t even pick up the phone instead you kept me on hold for over 5 minutes then you hang up I’ve already contacted The BBB

Absolutely TERRIBLE. From checkin, when we called 2 times saying we will arrive earlier since the day prior to our reservation date, our room wasn't ready even after normal checkin time of 3p. Then they harrased us claiming something that we had another person in the room they specifically watched our door after we complained about wanting an extra towel because we would like to take a bath and had to use the first towel since there was a leak. The extra petson in the room didnt even sleep over they were playing games with us and just hanging out. Since when was there a room curfew and if there were why was it not stated in the contract. Then the price and the room holds that is supposed to come back to you. They held more than needed and did not come back fast enough. I had to scrap money just to eat. Imagine... NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND I SIGGEST YOU JUST MOVE PAST THIS ONE. The breakfast is ok and location is good but asside from that the service is terrible and the hidden hold is worse!

Staff was nice and the room was good.

This is a relatively new build. Our room was compact but the king bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows. Everything was clean and modern. Good location for theatre-goers and in our case the perfect location as we had plans both on the upper and lower west side. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the unit. I was in need of a small business room for a zoom meeting and they did not have one - but they don’t represent having a business center so that is understandable. The one morning I tried their breakfast the coffee had grounds in it and the eggs looked awful and the tater tot’s were not fully cooked. I had a bagel/cream cheese which was fine :-). Still - a good place to stay for a couple days.

I liked,maybe I came back again

My husband and I stayed here to be near granddaughter's studio. We had great restaurant options (We ate at Becco which is legendary and fabulous) and even ate a slice of pizza a few blocks away. The area feels safe and clean and we enjoyed the hotel. The bed needed a better comforter...but overall, it was nice for the price. There were shower and bath items-shampoo, conditioner and body lotion with soaps and a bathtub....always grateful for that.
