Reasonably priced hotel in Gurgaon sector 29 it would be worth noting for the owner to re fresh the rooms together with new linen and towels.

WONDERFUL HOTEL, STAY HERE .

Its a great hotel, great location clean n nice . Good breakfast just that there was some weddin happenin due to which restaurant service and in room diinning was very slow. They should not avoid regular room guest cause of this. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Excellent stay ,having stayed there on numerous times, the same faces is good for hotel reputation. Staff are very good and looked after us with all our requests met. Breakfast need upgrading ! otherwise no issues.

Towels in the room were horrible. Plus they had stains on them.

Quite disappointing frankly as ithe decor inside was not good and there were spiders web just near my room.

Location not too good but hotel is nice

Two days into my stay, I fell ill and required emergency surgery. The day and night managers both came each day to visit me in hospital and see that my needs were met there. They even brought me some excellent food frrom the hotel. I wa1s treated with special care once I returned from the hospital. I cannot say enough about the amazing treatment I received at this hotel. I was also pleasnatly surprised by the luxurious look and feel, which were above my expectations. This hotel made my trip to Gurgaon feel very special.

Al the staff were wonderful. The room was comfortable and well laid out. Excellent service from all employees and management: From entrance - check-in - restaurant - bar - room service - laundry - management. They really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Beyond all this, the hotel is excellent value for money. This hotel is a highly recommended. Thanks everybody.

Good enough for business stay Not far away from the airport

The location of hotel is accessible, and with a 10 minutes walk to Sector 29 F&B outlets. All services and stay was good except for the manager at the check in counter who was less than friendly as we sought help to get a car (OLA/UBER) for a meeting in Gurgoan. Be expected to experience a few blackouts a day (although momentarily)

Worst service ever experienced

Very nice hotel. Opulent compared to many others. Very friendly and helpful staff with good memories of little things like you room number or how you like your morning coffee. Harks back to days gone by where service reigned supreme. I would happily stay here again

Duty manager was so rude, my whole was super noisy and when I complained to the duty manager. He said you should have told me earlier and when I vacate the room because of the poor service and they charged me for the full day, I had not used the at all given such a poor service led me to change this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Though the hotel is centrally located near the offices, I would not recommend the stay for leisure here. The coffee show staff are rude and front office does not accommodate any requests. We had asked for a Single King size bed and in turn they gave us twin bed options which were poorly place and move once we were getting up. Even after we requested the front office to switch our room, we got a stiff reply that a marriage party is booked the King Size rooms. Why would a hotel charge us for the room we booked and then not give us the same!!! Overall - it felt like a big compromise to stay in this.

Spacious rooms, good ambience, pleasant atmosphere and good variety of food. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The staff who were supposed to look after the guests during morning breakfast were quite rude. They were discourteous and notwithstanding the hint given by front desk staff, they continued to show rude look. The lady in particular was terrible

Mattress and pillows in the room are horrible, I woke up in the morning with body ache and neck pain. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any one and this property is not the worth for what they charge.

Overall good stay. Very friendly staff. Good lunch/dinner options. The hotel does not give breakfast food for take away and this can be an issue especially when there is not enough time to eat breakfast in the hotel restaraunt.

I was actually living in another hotel next door and had a night to spare so decided to try out the Pllazio. I called them in the morning and they refused to let me check-in the morning unless I paid for it. I understand the policy of most hotels to charge for an early check-in but few follow it. If there is a room available then they definitely accommodate customers. I finally checked in at 6 in the evening. While I had booked for a King Bed i was given a Twin bed. I immediately called the front desk and they asked for sometime. I got a call back in 2 mins informing me that they would send someone to join both the twin beds since they DID-NOT have any other king bed rooms available. I refused to accept this and told them that they should have let me know about this when I checked in. He asked me for another min and immediately was able to move to next door to a available King-Bed room. I was checking out at 4am and during checkout I was charged for mini-bar usage which I hadn't done. Luckily there was a manager who was around and he asked his guys to recheck and post confirmation they found out that they had forgot to re-stock the mimi-bar. All in all, while the hotel rooms were good and the hotel location was great, the poor service ensured that I would never go back there again. They need better staff who understand what customer service is.
