Check in was delayed due to non confirmation from hotels.com to hotel system. Normally even though higher category rooms even available but Gold member does not get any upgrade. Nor early check-in.

We had booked 2 suites and an ocean view room. The check in was a problem despite giving the check in details and letting them know we’re traveling with 3 kids. We reached the hotel at 2 pm and our rooms weren’t ready. The person at the check in counter gave us a room that was not even the category I had already paid for it was a basic 2 bedroom room without a view and much smaller than I had paid for.

Very friendly and helpful staff right from the moment you arrive and at all levels within the hotel. Very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast spread and service. Excellent Indian restaurant and Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Would stay there again without thinking twice.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in a lot of very good hotels including on this trip. We also had an amazing upgrade - our room was unreal with a spectacular view. The staff were extremely professional and attentive - another level! Amongst them Krushank, Deepak, Vedant, Manisha and Varlin, as well as the luggage and cleaning manager on our floor (30th). The food and drinks were world class - really amazing stay!

Absolutely out of this world this hotel is a superb choice for anyone coming to Mumbai for a stay our group has been looked after so well the staff and management cannot do enough to help you and make you comfortable while you are here really really would come back here in fact I don’t think there is anywhere else I would stay while in Mumbai it really is that good will definitely return to the St Regis

I wrote an email asking for interconnecting rooms as we were traveling with my 2 year old son. Upon check in they did not have an interconnecting room. For my inconvenience I was given a free room upgrade plus free breakfast. I would like to thank the front office staff for the great customer care rendered to me. A special thanks to the life guards at the pool who organized my son a floater. The hotel has kept its clean environment, great service and amazing breakfast. The location is the best of all.

We stayed in a king double room with three people. All amenities are prepared just for two. I asked the hotel to bring an extra amenity, and they brought many towels, slippers, and water bottles. The people was nice, service was great, but was a little bit too much :)

Truly breathtaking quality of service and the staff have been nothing short of excellent. Food has been sensational too! Chef Aparup and the entire wait staff at the Seven kitchens were incredible!
Even the quality of the room after the initial issue with the flush and lights (which resulted in changing the rooms) was exceptional!
Overall, I was very very satisfied and can’t wait for my next stay at St. Regis.
