This hotel has an amazing staff & the food is incredibly delicious. The morning breakfast Buffet displays a variety of the best dishes of the Indian cuisine. The master chef greeted me at my table to ensure everything was to my satisfaction! Excellent service and customer obsession is definitely their priority.

My stay at Taj City Center, Gurugram was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff pampered me as if I were royalty. I experienced a minor tummy issue, which I reported to the staff. To my surprise, the chef personally came to check on me, ensuring everything was okay. They made me feel incredibly special, turning a small issue into an opportunity to show their exceptional care. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. My room was top-class, very clean, and comfortable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, especially the front office and the chef. Another highlight of my stay was the Malabar food festival, conducted by a talented chef from Kerala. The food was absolutely delicious. I must say “My belly is full in Delhi!” I highly recommend Taj City Center, Gurugram for an exceptional and memorable stay.

Great hospitality, professional and courteous staff, elegant properties, great breakfast.

This is really a beautiful hotel and had the best service that we experienced from any other 5-star hotel in India. We found everyone super professional and helpful and everyone spoke good English (we are from US). The restaurant was good and had a very wide range of food options including both Indian and non-Indian. We were able to book excellent laundry service, as well as order a private car to take as to Agra (Taj Mahal). Also, at the spa, best massage ever.
