I booked this hotel for the name Ramada but honestly I was shocked when I got inside the hotel and room. Extremely dirty, dark. The toilet door was dirty and broken in some places. Room roof was damped. I paid Cad $ 117 which is very high for this quality. This hotel is bringing bad name for the brand Ramada. I dont recommend any one to stay there.

Staff not trained well to handle guests professionally. Checkin process was not easy. Incompetent staff in front desk. However support staff were very helpful and courteous.

It was horrible!!!! Pathetic service…. The hotel claims to have 24 hour room service but they don’t have any items available except for tea/coffee and then they have the audacity to tell me I cannot use delivery services to get some grub!!!
Ramada might have been a good hotel earlier but trust me right now it’s just as bad as a ”motel” … you people should be ashamed to call your self part of the Wyndham group!!!

I asked for 2 single beds . The room they gave us first was very nice. But when they changed the room for the bed they gave us a terrible room .

There was this young fellow who was at the travel desk on the 23-Mar evening who helped to arrange a car and helped me to pick up a cake - this chap was exceptional 10/10.
The rest of the stay required patience as the first room I received had a strange smell that emanates from the local river and the hotel manager immediately made the room change.
The second room has mosquitoes and once again the hotel manager was at hand to help repellent.
Both days of my trip were missing face towels so had to use the hand towel for a shave.
The outside dining / drinks area called the walk is well presented but sadly the local river smell was overwhelming and the constant presence of mosquitoes was irritating.
Should you use the hotel cars then expect to pay international rates otherwise use Uber that are readily available.
The dinner buffet is well presented and tastes good 5/5.
Should it have not been for the mosquitoes and the smell from the river I would have given this a 4/5 but sadly will give it a 3/5.
