A well appointed townhouse with a view. The managers were very helpful and friendly.

This was a very nice place to stay! There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows. There was a full-sized kitchen stocked with cooking ware.
The best part was the stunning view! I would definitely recommend this property!

6A had a very nice view. The room was spacious and the kitchen was excellent. The only downside was inconvenient parking, but I got the impression that parking is just always difficult in Queenstown.
We found this place to be a great value and would highly recommend.

Such a wonderful place with friendly and helpful staff. The view is to die for and even on a rainy day, you don’t mind staying inside.

The lodge was great, clean and in good condition. The only difficulty was the long hike up the hill for a senior but we got better at it. It was close to downtown and very convenient. Thanks.

Checked in mid afternoon...was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with the 3 of us that was nice...Manager is Canadian ( as I am )….small world...washer,dryer, patio with BBQ...good views...and great location...walk downtown to waterfront in less than 10 minutes...walk to Gondola, AJ Hackett office and many, many restaurants and grocery stores in short order as well....easy to drive to...and good parking...

It was a fantastic trip to Queenstown. The hotel was clean, and had a great view. It was a close walk to shops and restaurants.

The road up the townhouse is too steep, it’s hard to walk up by foot. It’ s a pity that the day we arrived, the road is under construction and our taxi cannot drive up the hill, so we need to push our luggage all the way up. Except that, the house is spacious, warm, comfortable and of easy reach to shops and restaurants.

Great location on the Queenstown center, easy walk to city center, the room is very tidy, the staff is very friendly and helpful, just WiFi is slow and always drop off line, otherwise it is profect. I will choose here again if come to Queenstown again.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with awesome views over Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. 5 minutes walk into town and great shopping and restaurants. The last 100 metres to the apartment, however, is up a steep hill. The price you pay for the views.

Turner Heights is a great place. Well equipped. Even had a gas bbq on the patio. Our view was outstanding.5 star view. We could see the gongolas. Boats on lake, parasailers, even fireworks one night. This place is on a steep street but very close to town so it was worth the hike. Good parking space for each apartment. I would definitely recommend it. Nice owners too.

OK for a short stay in Queenstown. Conveniently located just 5 mins walk to the city center. But up a steep hill, and a bit hard to walk up and down.

Turner Heights had everything we wanted and needed. Its centrally located, immaculate and well stocked. The staff are lovely and helpful. The view is amazing and was the highlight of our mornings. I would definitely recommend Turner Heights to anyone.

These apartments are exceptionally well presented with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Well managed and with very helpful staff, you can't go wrong. Fabulous views. Would highly recommend these apartments. Just a caution, the apartments are up a rather steep incline so would not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

Hotel location is within 10mins walk to the city center. Check in was smooth and fast. Accomodation comes with a car pouch. Room was quite big and clean. Only complain was that they do not provide daily housekeeping. If you wish them to make up the room, there is a $30 charge. Overall, satisfactory experience.

We arrived at this apartment which is in the middle of Queenstown towards the back of the town by car. The road up to the apartment is VERY steep, which was a bit of a surprise after the lovely roads of New Zealand. We were on the upper floor in room 6A which, after parking the car was a further walk up another steep slope. The room was good, clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful carrying our bags up to the room. The view from our room was amazing, we could see the lake, the town, the gondola and the mountains from the back, we stayed 7 nights and never tired of just watching the view.
