Front desk is quite rude and not helpful

Horrible area at night.

Loved the people working, adored our room, and parking was actually pretty easy. Loved the whole experience.

Property was unique but dated. Hair in the bed from previous guests and the air conditioning did not work. Lots of homeless in the area. A premium price for a very dated property.

The property was even better than the pictures. The staff was always nice and helped us with our needs. The neighborhood is really nice and the beach quiet and clean. My husband, my kid and I really had a good time!

Prime spot venice beach

This property was amazing. The receptionist was perfect and so so helpful, she was amazing. I would say to anyone who hasn't stayed in Venice Beach, this should be your go to. Walking distance to everything, rooftop for sunset it has it all. Thanks again I will be back Jacqui Australia June 2024

It‘s the perfect place to explore Venice, Abbott Kinney and Santa Barbara. The view out if the rooms is amazing, as is the roof top terrace. The windows are not that sound proof and I recommend ear plugs for a quiet night. Parking is tough too, but there is free parking in the neighborhood

Not for kids or young familys

The rooms were great, kitchenette a huge bonus for longer stays, wish we got to stay longer Great location right in the boardwalk, close to great eating options.

Everything about the hotel itself was great except the parking. Parking wasn’t necessarily difficult, but parking costed more money than expected so budget wisely for that if you plan on staying here.

Maybe it’s our age that made this such an unpleasant experience. The accommodation itself was adequate, although extremely over priced for what it was. Mostly clean with basic amenities. Not serviced daily and be prepared to carry luggage up about 8 steps to get in the entrance. The young girl at the desk when we arrived was very helpful however the staff member on duty when we checked out at 4am was very disinterested in even saying good morning let alone offering any type of assistance. My main concern was the environment around the property. While the view from the premium studio was beyond amazing being literally on the Venice beach boardwalk, the boardwalk was also a huge problem for us. It was extremely noisy in our room 24/7 to the point that we basically had no sleep the 2 nights we were there (midweek low season). You are certainly right in the thick of Venice Beach’s atmosphere and character so be prepared to experience and witness every part of that including the drug affected locals and physical assaults.

Air-con not working good. the lights in on and off. I booked partial ocean view and not what I expected.

Awesome experience overall. Location is perfect if you want to be right on the beach and in the middle of the Venice boardwalk. The rooftop was our favorite part with a great view and just a perfect spot to unwind. The staff was so great and friendly as well! I would definitely recommend

Comedian with loud speaker talked non stop 3-8, sounded like he was on my room, very anoying

This hotel is the ultimate place to stay, when you want to be moments from the beach and all the crazy fun things on the boardwalk!!! Danielle at reception is fabulous and makes the stay so enjoyable!

Really nice and perfect communication

The building is old and the floors were uneven. Taking a shower on the stone floor was not comfortable. We got a room with partial view of the ocean, but I was the only person in my family to see the small view of the ocean because i am the tallest. It was a great view of the parking lot which you need to pay to park there. The best part of this hotel was the staff was friendly. We don't recommend this place for the price of the room
