Great hotel to stay in, best staff

Was the best stay I’ve had in Makkah till date.Very welcoming staff and easy check-in process , any questions I had were answered swiftly.The room had everything one needs and was great.The food also was very delicious with it being close proximity to everywhere near the mosque

i was there for a single night. the check in post midnight was smooth and Mr.Mushari at the reception was very efficient and courteous. the room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view.

They charge $100 just for breakfast for additional persons

Alhamdulllah the most blessed city of Makkah AlMukarama we very much enjoyed to stay in this hotel. All perfect. .

Excellent service

Amazing stay. Wonderful views. It would be great if there were a serviceman or guard at the entrance by the taxi stand that actually secured the property instead of sitting on his phone. Also there was a cockroach 😭 and the AC stopped working in my room but that was brought to their attention. There could be also be more drinking water and fountains for access.

Always stay at the Hilton but was let down this time especially after a long travel and umrah pilgrimage to do with the kids being told they don’t have a room is embarrassing and a total failure on the part of Hilton. Reservation was made in January for August stay we were messed around and moved to another hotel for one night where we got 2 single beds for 5 people. No care in the world for the customer just left on their own basically had the room for 2 hours before check out.

Great walk to the Haram or pray from your room

Hilton suites jebal omar The hotel location is perfect Just step away from the Haram. it’s connected to Hayat and Concord with a very nice moon and dining options. We tried to check in with agentleman and appearing that the staff in the hotel need proper training on how to accommodate guests arriving early, specifically not too early, but they’re very slow and very rigid. We had to go to perform our Umra and after doing we came back and we waited for 30 minutes due to the slow staff until ahmad Hamdy interfered and he accommodate us and satisfy our waiting with our rooms. He applied an upgrade for us to compensate for the waiting and for the rude behavior of the other stuff which we were really thankful he’s a real gem that the hotel need to stick to and Appreciate. the lobby is nice compared to other hotels around. There is nice Saudi coffee in the lobby provided to guests. We were upgraded to two-room suite which is classic and spacious as well for four of us. we had room dining the ribeye steak and pizza were nice. Next Day we checked out very early with Yasser who was so nice as well and made our life easy

Cleanliness and proximity to Haram were amazing.

Very friendly staff and also very accommodating. They gave us a free upgrade and bellman even helped us find a taxi. View of the haram was also amazing. Highly recommend

The location is perfect couple of steps from the masjid kahba. Plenty of food service and stores around. My recommendation of Orchid restaurant for breakfast is excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Best place to be in makkah

We stayed at Hilton Suites in Mecca for 2 nights for umrah, we booked through Expedia with breakfast included option two accessible suite for 2 elderly on wheelchairs and had young kids too- I just highly highly recommend Hilton Suites Mecca, it is right infront of women entrance and very very close to electric wheelchair rental for umrah. I loved their services, very courteous staff, pleasant, the breakfast buffet was 10 star, so many dishes Alhamdullilah. The general manager Rajab and the hotel staff Tanveer really took care of elderly on wheelchair and provided services at the table for elderly, Rajab gave kids cupcakes on our departure to Medina- we will come back inshllah and will stay at Hilton Suites again

Walking distance to Haram. Great facility. Room with the Haram view was amazing. Loved our suite with two full bathrooms.

We stayed here at the Hilton Suites just before the start of Ramdan. The hotel is quiet old. Need some changes to its interiors like carpet and furnitures. The hotel itself is very expensive to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, the Reception staff were very helpful, room was very nice and clean, location to the haram is very convenient, walk of 5 mins.. It has a food court in the mall next to it and a supermarket Bin dawood close by... Definitely a must come back for us....

Hilton Suites is very close to the Masjid which makes attending prayers extremely convenient. The rooms are a bit old with spotted carpets and furniture. Truthfully, it did not really bother us cause we were mostly out of the room. I am sure if we had notified the staff they would have changed our rooms, but it was not a big issue for us. The staff were very nice and helpful especially with the extension procedures. Breakfast had a variety of choices, but same choices every day. Overall, our stay was good and very peaceful. The hotel actually had speakers in each room so we could hear the Adhaan and prayers quite clearly in case we were unable to go down. The best thing about Hilton suites is the location. It merely a 5 min walk to the Masjid which is great if you are trying to attend daily prayers. Furthermore, the nearby location helps if you are traveling with kids/elderly and need to go back to the room for some time. We definitely would consider staying at Hilton Suites again!

What a wonderful experience we had. Nothing bad can be said about this location. Right next to Haram. Come out of hotel ,cross the street and you are in it. Could not ask more then that. Superb.

The staff was very helpful and well trained. Especially the girl who checked us in (her name was Muntiha- if I am not forgetting) was very helpful and considerate. The staff at the restaurant (during morning breakfast) was also very courteous and well mannered.
