The electric in my unit was defective. After 5 minutes or so the circuit breakers would have an issue and most of the lights go out. Every day a problem.
The unit itself was nice . Kitchen living room bedroom and bath .

Great location a block from Avenida Paulista. Two min walk from a subway station and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The area around it is safe and staff members are very kind and helpful.

Great apartment and amenities. Loved the shower and bathroom. The one bedroom condo was spacious and well decorated. Staff were attentive and very professional. Loved this property and will stay again when I return to Sao Paulo.

O quarto é antigo, com aspecto de coisas surradas pelo tempo mesmo. Acredito que falta mais atenção nesse sentido, o que nao permite uma sensação de conforto no espaço. No geral, sem maiores problemas para passar uma noite. Eu o avaliaria com nota 7, por conta das instalações.

Location is convenient, rooms clean but old looking decor and furniture. During my stay internet was not stable and was down for one whole day, they could not do anything to solve the issue. However staff is helpful including the restaurant. My stay here was below average

Almost every aspect of my stay was excellent, especially the location. One area that needs improvement is the quality/strength of the wi-fi. Another small gripe is that the kitchens are not supplied with dishes or utensils (just two small glasses).

Nice to have a separate bedroom. Suite was somewhat updated, with older fixtures in the bathroom. 25th floor views over MASP and Sao Paolo were stunning. Price was very reasonable. A good location, with friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have the extra room of a suite for our 3 night stay.

We had a very nice stay here, the room was good and hotel staff was excellent but nobody spoke any English but they tried very hard to figure thins out. The room was clean and our overall experience was good. My only complaint was the wifi wasn't very good. It worked great in the lobby but was bad in the room. Overall good place, my wife will probably stay here when she goes in April.

Some have complained about the internet. It actually works well, but it randomly dumps your connection without warning (every couple of days) and you have to know to enter the 192... number and re-login. The user interface could be much clearer, but the internet itself is fine.
Gym equipment started out good, but both treadmills went out of service while I was there.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel is because it offered a "kitchenette". I supposed there would be cooking utensils and plates, among other things, but the kitchenette cabinets were completely empty! When I commented on this, I was provided with 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates and one cooker. Not enough to even warm water and milk separately. I feel the description was not accurate. Also, the rooms are very cold and the noise from the street makes it difficult to sleep.

Location is great, suits are good and definitely value for money. But, this hotel is not for VEGETARIANS! They didnt have a single vegetarian sandwich option for late ordering. Their big list in general menu doesnt have good options either. Was disappointed to hear NO VEGETARIAN at 11 at night when it was raining heavily outside! WiFi connectivity is bad and not reliable too.

For the price paid this is an overpriced hotel. It would be a 35 dollar budget deal on the US. The beds are very old cheap quality and in general the room gives the feel if a very cheap place. Old furnitures. The breakfast was good though.
