What I liked most was that the street that the hotel is on has many restaurants and convenience stores. So getting food is easy even at night. One of the rooms we booked had a strong smell but the hotel staff were really nice and suggested that they do an "aroma therapy" for the room, which improved the room condition by a lot. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works well.

-Room clean is very good but i need the new towel because everyday i got old towel..so sad -I give 4 star for quality of service - I love very much about hotel location.Too many halal restaurant nearest this hotel.I walk only 10 minute to Pasar baru,So you can shopping everytime..lol..

the view is fantastic, comfy, perfect location, super friendly service & great breakfast.

The location is great, an easy access. You dont have to waste time on the road as it is in the centre. The have great restaurants, shops, arts store and a food truck in front of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Met their PR, Yantie and she suggested some great places to go to. :)

We, a family of 5, stayed at Gino Feruci Braga from 11-15 Nov 2014 and had a very pleasant stay. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bandung.

This is my second time stayed at Gino Feruci Braga. Start from the front, The front office and concierge is very kind, they all polite, and have a sincere smile. The b'fast is ok, still needs a serious improvement in a matter of taste, and service, the waiter is helpfull though, and always smile. Room Cleanliness is ok, the minus is there's no room service menu in my room. but the bathroom, is quite dirty, the mirror and shower is the most annoying part in bathroom area. Also i got a room with leaking shower, as a result, everytime i take a bath, the water will spray all over the bathroom area, not just the shower area. Also i did't get any bath foam in amenity box, as a result i have to go nearest convenience store to buy some. Last i s sublime sky lounge. i really think they should at least inform the guest, wheather its on the elevator or any other area that the lounge is booked,

Limited parking space, glass partition in shower room is dirty, limited b'fast,very slow lift can cause a trouble when you're in a rush. I got a room with broken Air con, the good thing about this hotel is they have a good staff.

Staff was infamously friendly especially Chef Budi n GRO Yanti. He I troduced the variety of food n she, very cheerful n interested in our well being. She has made our stay memorable. Excellence in guest relations, Ms Yanti.

will definitely come back to stay again as the staff is super helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful stay through out the 6days. all e receptionist greet you all the time you are at the lobby. food for breakfast is amazing. chefs will ask u personally what you want to have for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly Room a bit small and no wifi available in your room only at hotel lobby. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool need maintainance. When there is a party at 5th floor, the music very loud until your room.
