This was a wonderful property to stay at. Although it is located on Mambo Beach where there is a happening night life, and lots of foot traffic, The Beach House did not feel like we were at a resort type of area. It sits back off the beach just enough that it was nice and relaxing. The only downside we experienced is that two plus weeks after returning, we still haven't gotten our deposit back. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

This property had a great location for walking to shops and restaurants or for grabbing the local bus to head to different areas of the island. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the grocery store. This was great because it allowed us to cook some meals instead of dining out all the time. Sometimes I like to stay in my pjs and just chill out. The unit was huge and the balcony was amazing. The drawback on this trip was the weather was extremely hot since the hurricane action in other parts of the Caribbean had stolen the wind from Curacao so we weren't able to enjoy the gorgeous balcony. Access to the beach was right off the pool area. Quite honestly, I could have stayed in the pool area for the whole week. So lovely. But the water at the beach was perfect as far as temperature and cleanliness. For the most part, the property was quiet, but you are able to hear the bars until late at night/into the wee hours of the morning on some nights, not all. There is a property next door that had their trash out there and cardboard boxes and once they got wet, the smell was pretty bad. Other than that, I would return to this property again. The staff was amazing as well :)

We booked the Royal Apartment 2 bedroom, sea view. We spent a great time. Full furnished, very nice, with a great sea view. There is a large terrace where we can eat or spend a nice moment on the long-chair. The piscine is clean, with some free pool cabana and loungers. Safe parking. You are at 3 minutes by walk on Mambo Beach and restaurants. Very good service and staff.

I loved that the front desk staff were always willing to help us find places to visit and/or eat at. They were always open to helping us sort out activities and car rentals. We only had an issue when we arrived. They gave us a wrong room, but fixed it the next day.

The suites are large and convenient with a big balcony. However the bedrooms are located in the back with windows coming out to the doorways. Meaning you can never open shades unless you want anyone passing by looking into your bedroom. So no natural light ever in either bedroom. Same goes for extremely poor lighting in the bathrooms. Forget about tweezing or make up applications. On top of everything the bathrooms always had an unpleasant smell as well as some areas of the kitchen. Thorough cleaning wasn’t done in all 12 days of our stay. Only towels and sheets were exchanged. If you wanted any extra towels or sheets during big days there was a charge. Also as many other mentioned music blasting loud until 1-2am so balcony wasn’t as enjoyable. Front desk only answered basic questions and did not provide any suggestions or useful information.

The room (pool view studio) was very big, well equipped and felt new! The grounds were clean and the direct beach access was very useful, as was the free parking! Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. We had a couple requests during our stay (taxi, ironing, blocked sink, etc) and each time they took care of it in a timely manner with no problems. It’s location on the edge of Mambo Beach allows you to enjoy the place and party atmosphere, but it is still quiet. I strongly recommend!

This property was very enjoyable. I would say it was expensive, it seemed everywhere on the island was expensive. Overall it was a nice place but the noise at the mood beach restaurant was terrible as they blared music daily from 7 am to 2 am in the morning and we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony. We found mambo beach to be dirty with cigarette butts, and peoples disrespectful garbage left on the sand. The mambo blvd was ridiculously expensive and sooo noisy! A ton of beach bars blaring music competing for who can be the loudest. It was horrible and obnoxious. So not quite the quiet vacation we were hoping to enjoy. We weren’t able to sit on our balcony with a sea view without horrible loud music. Couldn’t enjoy the birds or even hear the ocean. It is disappointing as this is a nice property and in a decent location but We wouldn’t return because of the loud music at the restaurant/beach bar clubs next door which you have to pass through to access the beach or if you want a quiet day at the beach it’s impossible there due to the over crowding and the loud music from literally every beach bar and restaurant on mambo blvd. Staff was friendly, cleanliness great, apartment itself was enjoyable. I’d say the beds were way too soft so that could be improved with new firmer beds or firmer memory mattresses. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and communicative leading up to our arrival. The location was great for access to the beach and some of the restaurants in the area. The room was very spacious and clean, more than enough space for two.

Modern, up to date and very convenient. Staff was all very nice. We stayed for two weeks and the days they came in to “clean” were just okay. Nothing much more them a sweep and straighten up. But over all we would definitely go back.

The Beach House is an EXCELLENT property. The staff treats you like family from the moment you arrive, property is very clean and room was spacious. Property is in prime location with access to beach and restaurants very close. We have a new location for a great vacation.

Excellent location overlooking the sea and steps from Mambo Beach. The apartment was very clean and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The welcome package made our stay easier on arrival and WE ARE SO READY TO COME BACK!!

I liked how everything was secure and easy. We had a full kitchen and a great view. I also loved the service from the font desk. They even sang happy birthday to me. This is a must see place.

You do not get clean towels everyday unless you pay $5 extra 3. Receptionist is gone at 6pm so if you need anything after that toilet paper ,blow dryer , iron etc you have to wait till next day . 4. No bar or restaurant only vending machine you have to go to beach to get something if you’re by pool . 5. Sheets were not changed during a 7day stay 6. More advertising should be made for events that are happening daily 7. Incorrect information was provided on what beach to go to for jet skiing.

We loved the Beach House. We stayed in an ocean front 2br apt with a huge balcony. The views were fabulous. The apartment was spotless, check in was easy. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned, but that wasn't a problem. We left the balcony doors open and there was a nice breeze. And there were fans available in the closet. There are no hair dryers in the apt, but the front desk promptly provided us one. I read in the reviews about the noise level from the beach parties, but this was never a problem for us. We could hear the music in the living area, but not the bedrooms. It is a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Starbucks is a short walk away. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.. Will definately stay here again!

Great apartment - very comfortable for my family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We appreciated the AC in the two bedrooms. Full kitchen setup allowed us to cook at home. Would have appreciated a few additional minor things, like dish soap, shampoo and paper towels. They did provide hand soap in bath rooms and dishwasher pods, but we had to go out to buy the other items. Nice location, very secure and friendly staff. Music from the beach was loud on two nights, but we liked being next to the boardwalk. Pool was nice
