Spa hot tubs didn’t work. Staff didn’t speak English well. Gym was seriously lacking and without AC.

今次入住了兩晚green world hotel位置良好 附近有按摩亦都很近夜市, 天台的bbq自助餐亦都食物很豐富價錢很優惠值得一試亦可欣賞芽莊美景. 酒店職員 包括bellboy都懂普通話但酒店reception的職員( 附帶他的照片 )就不太 老實 問他們前往lotte mart 購物很helpful說幫我們call的士但開價是計meter的一倍. 我嘗試問過他兩次去兩個地方他也報價是double的 這是很大的問題!! 反而bellboy老實 幫助我們不少 並包括計劃行程.

Its a nice stay, 3 days is not enough, I would back again. The hotel have a quite good location, only 5 mins walk to beach, and provided sea chair and towl. Hotel upgrade my room, sea view is great. The house keeping need up more, broke or took my personal things. Staff are kind and polite, helpful. Breakfast is ok, but too much groups, a little bit noisy.

We were upgraded for coming back again. But the bathroom curtain smells。There were mostiquos in the bed room and the air conditioner needed to turn high when we went to sleep.

The overall condition is okay. The room has a little smell, but the window can open. The corridor light is dim. T

Stayed at Greenworld hotel many times, staff and service always excellent , friendly and happy. Rooms have always been comfortable. Great location.

It was amazing that we got automatically upgrade to a better room with a good view of the city. The manager and staff were very friendly and polite. They provided very good information and recommendations for our sight seeing trips in the city. We shall come back next time travelling to Nha Trang.

Good hotel and breakfast for you at 5 in the morning

A beautiful hotel very close to the beach! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They helped us with several things! Also, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal! Ive never had so many choices for breakfast in my life! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nha Trang!

Staff were friendly, especially Mr Nguyen, the gentleman at the activity desk. He was eager to suggest activities for us, and showed genuine care that we enjoyed our holiday there. We especially liked the restaurant at the top floor, where we could get a nice view of the city and also the sea, while enjoying our meals. Breakfast buffet has a good variety. Ala carte menu offering is also quite good, as well as the buffet dinner. Additionally, the family room offering is really great for families, we can all stay in the same room instead of in separate rooms, although it's a little bit cramped on the side of the king bed. The only missing thing is the attention to details, e.g. not enough shower cream provided for a family room meant for 4 occupants. Also, the cleaner in the restaurant can be a bit more sensitive to patrons, being swept at the feet is actually a big taboo for Chinese people.

There is a nice beach which is only 5 minutes walk and the hotel provides 6 umbrellas with beach lounges otherwise use a beach towel on the sand. Breakfast is nice with a variety of Asian and Western food but the only negative thing is that the air-condition isn't so cool enough. Swimming pool is refreshing after going to the beach.

staff have a good communication and service

Nice hotel with great rooms and a refreshing pool. We got upgraded to a bigger room with seaview, staff was very helpful and arranged tickets for us, breakfast was nice. We had free fruit in the room, bathroom was big and tidy, beds were really comfortable.

The management kindly gave us a free upgrade. My Hahn was friendly, and the ladies at reception were kind and smiley. When there was rain coming, they offered us umbrellas. There are good local food stores around the hotel. Room was clean.

Close to everything, only problem with this place was the resturany staff members. Especially breakfast staff. The Egg man and noodle guys were ultra rude, they did not seem to want to be their to cook our breakfast. No one had a choice how their eggs should be. And the noodle man would give you your noodle bowl without looking, greeting or saying a word. Hotel was okay for what we paid, but I wouldn't stay here again

An employee tried to break into my room at 5am. I had to fight him off. There was a naked drunk man in the lobby. There is a school next door that was very loud at 7am.

Had a four day long weekend in Nah Trang. Staying at Green World made the stay perfect. Booked some tours through them and everything went well. The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable.
