Friendly staff

The villa was beautiful. Very spacious. Cleaning was done twice a day and a note left every night saying goodnight. Tv had Netflix which was great to chill in the aircon. Aircon is only in bedroom but the doors all close so it stays super cool. Bathroom is huggggeee and partly outdoors. Outdoor area is amazing! Two pool sitting areas and can move the deck chairs into the sun. Kitchen was handy we kept lots of snacks in the fridge. Massages were done in the room which was a nice little treat.

Great property, we highly recommend the aria villas. My wife found the property from someone posting in social media. The villas are very clean, from the pool maintenance to the general housekeeping and turn down service i cannot fault it. It was great. Breakfast is great if you decide to opt in for it. There is a small simple menu and also pastries and fruit available. Coffee/lattes ect are included which is great. (Can order as much food and coffee as you like) We also had a floating breakfast one morning and it was incredible for very little money. Definitely worth doing. Location is great, walking distance to all the beaches, Beachclubs , all yhe instagramable cafes, restaurants. Canguu is only short taxi ride. My only negative and its minor and wont affect most. For the luxury of the villas and size it needs a Gym but thats my only downfall to say. (Like i say not everyone uses them, we like to use one) I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. 4.7/5

Pure bliss! Great price, the villas are big and have so many lovely areas to relax and unwind. Big pool, great kitchen area if u wanted to use one - huuuuuge bathroom and bath tub in a covered outdoor area - just beautiful! Staff were incredible and transfers a great price and easy to organise! The breakfast that is included is the best bali breakfast we have ever had - I highly recommend the eggs Benedict croissant ! Close to a heap of shops and restaurants and a short taxi away from downtown seminyak - we only went twice as everything close by is just as good!

We really loved our stay at Aria Exclusive Villa & Spa. The staff are super lovely. Breakfeast was wonderful. They made my partners birthday extra special with Balloons flowers in the bath and bed and surprising to sing happy birthday. Nero is wonderful suggesting reccomendations. We will defintly return to stay here 😊

We stayed for 5 nights at Aria Villa and had a wonderful time. Our room was cleaned every day and we received a cute message on a leaf saying good night every time we came back to the room after being out. The customer service was amazing. A mozzie coil was put on in our bathroom every night and there was mozzie nets around the bed which made us feel very content. We will definitely be recommending Aria Villa to our fellow Australian friends. Beautiful place with beautiful people

Everything was great from start to finish. The villa is beautiful and the shower was my personal favourite part! and of course the private pool. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel helped us organise anything we needed such as bike rental/taxi. All staff were so attentive and welcoming, and went the extra mile. The location was good, nearby to plenty of amenities. Our villa was near to another hotel/bar as we could hear loud music/live music when we were outside. but we actually enjoyed it. The included breakfast included was great. The only different thing for us personally was the breakfast was between 7am and 11am and each morning the staff would call us at around 10am to ask if we were coming which woke us up a couple times. Not necessarily a bad thing just something to mention. Overall I would return here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seminyak.

Our Villa was beautiful! Wish we had more days. The breakfast was good! However no restaurant! The staff was wonderful! So accommodating.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was pure bliss !! The staff were very kind and accommodating to all our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure they created a perfect birthday surprise and overall was a 10/10 experience at aria villa and spa.

If I can give overall this hotel less than 1 star I will do, what I have experienced or seen at the room was unpleasant and suspicious of seeing some blood drops, stains, some dirts, and black holes, so I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist about what I have experienced. Kindly, I wasn’t pleased with the way I was treated. I asked for a refund upon the comfort that I wasn’t provided from the room or at least an early checkout despite the fact the cancellation policy of the room was money is not refunded. They never care changed the room or clean the bed in same day ! How to logically to sleep on that dirty and i was on honeymoon ! don’t think ever to book in this hotel,it’s not clean and the shower outside of sleeping room and you will face a lot of insects Mosquito and gecko.

Everything about it especially the very decent sized private pool

Pro: The villa is very beautiful with large private pool. However the water is bit cold for swimming. Villa is large with big bathroom and a huge bath tube. Con: We left a message in the booking to arrange romantic decoration however nothing is done which is a bit disappointed. The floating breakfast charge 350K extra which is much higher than many other hotels in Bali. There is no free room service for breakfast which costs extra 50K where many bali hotel has free room service breakfast. We found blood stain on the bed sheet which should not happened in this kind of hotel. The airport shuttle charged 300k to airport where I only have to pay 80K for Grab. Breakfast is just so so nothing special. Overall I think this villa is not valued for this price even though the infrastructure is good enough but lack of warm hospitality for staying at villa as many service is overpriced.

Beautiful villas with great service but a little out of the way.

Villa was absolutely beautiful however they were doing renovations to the villa next to us which was disappointing as all we could hear was grinding and hammering which didn’t make it very nice to sit around our pool. Other then that staff were all extremely friendly and happy to help with any of our enquires. Thank you!!

Good friendly service....except for the feeling one should be tipping for any task the staff are actually PAID to carry out, very off putting. The pool is a good size however I had to keep requesting for the filter to be turned on and for the water to be topped up. The food from the restaurant is really good. The kitchenette WAS NOT equiped with the relevant crockery etc ...The bathroom floor is dangerously slippery when wet, I fell and now have a fractured wrist. The bedroom mosquito netting is old, tatty and filthy. The bed is good, comfortable however ALL the towels were stained, not dirty just old and marked. Very expensive for the condition of the villa.....well and truly over priced.

My stay at Aria was wonderful! The staff is extremely welcoming and the service was great. My main reason to enjoy my stay here was the location, close to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Loved our experience here, we had transfers to and from airport which was included in price. The aircon didn’t go as cold as we expected but it was nice to feel so comfortable and not cold after being in the Bali heat.

This place was perfect. The villa was beautiful and had everything we could possibly ask for. The staff were so welcoming and polite at all tomes, nothing was a trouble for them. Breakfast was included and it was a buffet of fruits and bread and fresh pressed juices and then you could choose a meal option off a set menu and they cooked it fresh for you. It was always quick and delicious. The check in and out process was easy and we felt completely safe leaving our luggage with them waiting for our flight.The location is good as it is away from the busy part of seminyak and nice and quiet and private. At the same time its also a 10 minute walk from the beach and a $2-$3AUD cab from the centre of seminyak, the shops and beaches. Each time we needed a cab the lovely man at reception would call one for us and it would be there very quick.We loved our time here and couldnt have asked for anything better.

Large villa with multiple zones. Really comfy bed with mozzie screen & turndown service. Large private pool, shaded by lovely tropical trees. Not full on sun everywhere, areas to escape. Beautiful outdoor shower with excellent water temp & pressure. Huge bath (I didn’t have one though). Lovely staff, very friendly. Daily breakfast in restaurant. Decent coffee, lots of food choices. Really close walk to beach, shops, strip, potato head etc.Only downfall was fighting cats all night out in courtyard. Otherwise easy & convenient. Free airport transfers.
