I was disappointed with this hotel after seeing the reviews and “stars” given. It’s not very clean and has a terrible odor. Management is good and the staff was friendly. The place just needs a good deep clean (especially the windows in the hallways).

Made reservations online. Check-in went perfectly well. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The room was nice, clean, (no qualms about anything) king bed was very comfortable. The only cons would be that the tiny plastic in room coffeemaker be upgraded and the carpet be replaced with laminate. I would stay here again. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was nice I only have 2 complaints. The bed was not very comfortable and I understand the hand soap being eco friendly but the location on wall was not positioned in a good place for shorter adult guest and children

The only positive thing about our stay was that we didn't get bitten while we slept. The beds weren't that uncomfortable. But there was dog hair everywhere on the mattress pad was shredded. The carpets all over the hotel were nasty. The bathroom cleanliness was okay. Breakfast was entirely inedible, and I wasn't walking in with high standards for it.

We booked a room for 5. Got a double queen bed. Thought we got the double bed & couch family room. Evidently we did not. It was just frustrating that we didnt have a room large enough for everyone. So we had to make a pallet on the floor. The floor looked dirty & stained. Our chair had some kind of sticky stuff in it. Overall the hotel was clean & staff was friendly. Pool area was kinda dirty.

The sheer curtains were damaged. One panel was more than a foot shorter than the other. It did not cover the window down to the window sill.

They gave us a room that was not clean. The floor has dirt on it and the bathroom counter was not clean. We asked for a clean room and they did provide us with one that was a suite with separate bedroom. Way too much for just 2 people for one night.
The breakfast offered was awful. Green hard boiled eggs, wallpaper paste oatmeal. Only white dried out bread. Just to name a few. Will not be back don't recommend.

The manager at. Check in wa ed pet charges because we have stayed at hotel several times. Very nice of him. Breakfast at 830 was sparse and cool. Beds were great.

This was ok for a quick 1 night stay with our pup. The facility needs some updating and the amenities were “okay”. If we came through the area again, I’d probably book a room at one of the other 5 or 6 hotels right in that same area.

The room was great,but you couldn't close the curtains. A light shined in all night. The breakfast was ok. I did expect different eggs. They were hard boiled eggs.

The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, our room and bathroom were not very clean. Some attention behind doors and corners would be appreciated. The walls were thin, the baby next door woke us up, we kept getting kicked off the wifi & the breakfast was not good. We didn’t have time to use the pool or workout areas but they looked ok.

We picked this location due to them having a Tesla destination charger. When we arrived it wasn’t working staff refused to help. They didn’t seem like they even cared !! I will not be back here period !! Don’t stay here if you’re expecting to charge your ev as both chargers were down.

We stopped for the night on our way to Wisconsin! My husband and I slept well the bed was comfortable being next to the interstate there was hardly any noise! The staff was friendly and helpful!
Highly recommended it ! Every thing was clean except for a big spot in the hallway and accidents happen, carpet in the room could us a quick clean but again soda coffee spills happen!
We will be back again!

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were nice & comfy, even the pullout couch bed was comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again!

The workers were very nice, cordial. The swimming pool could use a good cleaning and the windows in the pool area need to be washed.The breakfast area was clean the attendant was very nice but the rooms needed dusting and the shower curtain needs to be replaced it smelled like a wet dirty rag.

Free parking and safe ( we were moving and had our truck full of belongings) . Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast nothing special. We got down to breakfast as they were just ending. They wouldn’t refill any food.

Place is clean, friendly staff, well supplied, comfortable beds, A/C and the hand held shower is very convenient! Did not get the chance to use the pool but it looked clean, spacious and spacious gym. Just wish there’s wider breakfast options. Locations is great!

Great stay, nice staff, good breakfast all the usuals. But I would like to know who in LaQuenta upper management ( not the location I was) makes the decision about where to keep the coffee pot? Do they keep theirs in the toilet? Really that’s gross.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always had a good experience. This time, the room smelled overpoweringly of bleach. We discovered pet urine on the floor in front of the bathroom. It was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned at all. If it hadn't been so late we would have left. The bed linens were fresh and clean.
