It is not a 4 star resort like its made to be. Its a very basic hotel with the most pathetic staff.
They charge for buffet but suddenly change the policy and force you to have ala carte.
There was a wedding by the pool side when we travelled at the management was a mess. People were jumping in pool without proper costumes. No lifeguards around. No pool towels.
Moreover the entire staff is busy around the wedding preps and even a simple order dor tea would take 1 hour !! The frint desk staff BAPAN has absolutely no manners and is unprofessional. I wonder if he has even completed any kind of training.
Final words: This should be your last option if you ever travel to Daman.

The property is spacious and clean. Rooms are exceptionally big which is a definite plus point. Gym facility excellent. Recreation room good.

This huge hotel was half empty, partly due to the monsoon and partly because it was built to house a casino which never got a license. It is in an industrial area with little around it. There were more staff than guests but service was haphazard and slow. Locals say it is the best hotel in the area????

A quiet room was requested on booking and reiterated when checking in however we were disturbed by music until 2AM. VERY UNSATISFACTORY

The hotel is under construction from years and years. The casino theme is being taken too far in all the decor and casino is not build only and its never gonna be their due to lack of permission by government still they say themselves as hotel and casino giving false information to public.
Except for the room and its cleanliness nothing in hotel is worth staying for.
