I have been given worst room of the place as i didnt feel safe being on level 1 straight next to stairs. No daily cleaning. No friendliness if the staff

The location is excellent with lots of food options. The rooms need a good clean especially under the beds. You will need to pay for 2 chairs and an umbrella if on the beach. Also i wish that they would change it up a little at breakfast.

Very close to the Ladies beach, the rooms were clean, but the furniture feels old, no major issue though. room facilities were working but on one of the rooms someone was smoked and the smell lingered. It is very good that it has re4served spots for parking in the parking lot, behind the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the buffet had great variation, plus there is on-site restaurant, but there are lots of restaurants, cafes, bistros etc.

We were very happy with the hotel in all, as well as the staff. Everything was well taken care of and the breakfast was great! We definitely would stay there again!

Being across the beach

Staff were friendly, and very welcoming. Very clean hotel, all luggage was covid cleaned with spray upon arrival. Staff carried luggage to my room. Room was very clean, with amazing view of ladies beach. You cannot beat the location of this hotel..literally seconds from the sand! Highly recommend Sunday Beach Hotel, would only stay at this hotel when I return.

hi we stayed sunn beach hotel ladys beach 2 nights.check in quick .rooms very clean cleaned each day ?.clean towels each day.most rooms have great sea views.we stayed in 303 there was double bed and single for 2 of us?.memet was on reciption .he was really pleasent .we will be back for sure !.all shops bars all around ?recommed for sure.

It was supposed to be between 7 and 10 but when we were artived at 8 almost half of the items were gone. No replacements. Bathrooms were moldy and not clean. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Obviously Expedia has never inspected this property which is dirty and completely unsuitable for any person to stay in. Staff are rude and bedrooms are dirty, extremely noisy and generally of a very low standard. without exception the worse hotel I have even stayed in

The hotel is located on the ladies beach. The location is just perfect for beach lovers. Amazing views of the agean sea. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Ephesus is around 30 mins from the hotel. The kusadasi port is 5 mins from the hotel. The hotel staff is helpful and can arrange tours to Ephesus and pamukkale. Small rooms but value for money.

Bathroom Water Was Very Dirty Smelly And Salty

Please note that this hotel is far from the city centre, no night life here. You have to take a taxi into the city. The hotel is very old hence the bathrooms are not up to standard. Marks, toilet discoloured and the walls are dirty. They did not clean our room every day or change towels. This upset me. When you come back from a day of touring your expect a clean room and fresh towels. When we asked for another towel they put up a fuss. Not upto housekeeping standard. Hotels are not run like this Hot water takes a while to warm up, have to wait 5mins or more. Water is salty, keep mouth close when showering Overall, only book if youre looking to save money.

Very satisfied. Deniz, the receptionist deserves great praise. She is very helpful, kind and the hotel's happy smile. Clean hotel. Great location with the most beautiful view. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice beachfront with very good restaurants. The beach is fantastic however, many people in the weekend. Clean area and adequate hospitality and not too overbearing

Nice beachfront room with a balcony, beautiful view of the sea. Mind not to hit your head in the air con when moving around the balcony area. The only downside was the dinner, stale and pretty terrible food so don't go for half board as there are lots of decent restos nearby.
