Great value for money. Rooms were clean, great AC and blockout curtains. Carting our bags upstairs was a bit tricky, but nice to have the balcony overlooking the pool. Housekeeping items were left out in the carports for our whole stay, bit untidy but mostly a great motel.

Bed was comfortable. However rooms are pretty outdated bed board was covered in stains, we couldn’t close the bathroom door as handle was broken. Main tv wouldn’t turn on. Didn’t have time to address with staff as we were coming and going and reception was not open when we would leave and then closed when we returned. On a positive it is situated in a good location, traffic noise was minimal from our room and we felt secure.

Pet friendly rooms are located within the older motel part of the resort. Older style but clean & welcoming. Not sound proof, can hear others coming & going but NO highway noise. Green park area 2 min walk from resort. Would stay here again.

The Coral Cay Resort suited our family needs for our visit to this region. The family room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool provided great entertainment for our grandchildren and it was very clean and sparkling. I would recommend staying here at the Corsl Cay Resort on on next visit. Thanks.

An ageing hotel, basic rooms.
Insulation isn’t great, you can hear people from adjoining rooms.
Rooms themselves are tired, cracks in walls, ants in the room.

Really lovely and reliable stay.
Cleaners over Christmas and NY’s just needs to change mugs when we used them, spoons, and vacuum/sweep floor.

I got a small standard room with 2 single beds pushed together...
This was a small standard room charged at the king room price....
Terribly disapointing.
I advise to inspect room before paying.

The large sized room was wonderful.

Tiled floors very dirty. Doors easily opened by 2 yo who ran off and can’t be secured from inside the room. Accidentally left key in the room and the door was locked on outside. No person on-site available and had to wait over 30 min for someone to let us back into the room.

Travelled 14-17 April with my 3 children and had an amazing family room #421 with everything we could need for our stay. The admin staff were absolutely lovely! Big smiles, welcoming and helpful with local info. The property itself is well maintained tidy and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool area while I relaxed on a pool chair. Will be staying again for sure. Will dine at the restaurant next time as heard great reviews from another guest. We left early in the morning and stripped our beds, tidied up and emptied our bins for the cleaners. Thankyou Coral Cay for a wonderful stay :)

Property was clean, check in and out was easy and staff were friendly.

Big dissapointment and safety issue was having a family unit that was not safe for the under 2 year old. It was upstairs but had no baby gate, we went and bought a baby gate and then realised that the railings were wide enough for the toddler to fit through and fall couldn't relax.
