Everything was really good

Overall good only problem was a late check in due to room not being ready.

I would stay there again.

I am usually pleased with and stay at Marriotts. However, this one seemed very cheap and tacky with its services. I’ve never been at a hotel that charges for morning coffee . I also bought a chocolate bar from the front and they charged my card $9 for it . Seemed excessive. Then we asked why they didn’t clean our rooms and they told us they do it every other day . Why are you cheaping out . I have been traveling all summer all over the world and paying far less and every hotel has a cleaning service daily. That is what you are paying for. So we asked for clean towels the following day and they told us the cleaning staff left and to come down and get them because she was all alone. You have an entire hotel with 1 person in staff? I asked if she would bring them up and she said when she had a chance. They were brought up at night when we already went out and when we came back they were on the floor in front of our room. Overall. A bit disappointed

Great comfy bed And amazing showers for me and my boyfriend

AC didn't work. Pillows were terrible. Room appeared to have been flooded before. My brother's room had ants in it. The room next to his had frogs in it. Our keys kept deactivating and had to keep walking all the way around the hotel. The shower head was dirty so water barely came out. You had to pay for breakfast. The staff was the only saving grace for this hotel. The guys at the front were so very sweet and polite but I won't stay here again.

We ended up not staying the night. Entry key cards didn’t work. Overall nice place and friendly staff and near the pavilion. Came back from Europe and just wanted to be home, so we left the hotel and didn’t end up staying the night

Front desk people were so efficient and easy to work with. The Internet was down around the entire area and they were able to accommodate me without a problem.

My family liked it

Hurricane Beryl took out the power and the hotel was not able to take anyone in. as many of the businesses in the area without power. I had to drive home, a 2 hour drive, and return to my conference the next day. not a Plesant time, but I have been through worse.

Clean, modern rooms. Needs better shower pressure and a safe in the room.
