Ubicacion, muy buena atencion de TODO el personal

Falta variedad en el desayuno, literalmente es el mismo desayuno TODOS los dias

We no sofa to sit on and watch tv

It was very clean and staff were constantly cleaning. Staff was awesome! Loved the kitchen with the full sized refrigerator.

The $100 pet fee. I can understand a damage deposit but they charge $100 wether you stay one day or one week. Our dog is well trained and house broken. She doesn’t even shed.

We spent a week there and was very comfortable, clean. Stuff was helpful many times.

We had nice kitchenette, plenty of storage space. Heating, cooling, comfy bed.

Old smelly carpet, the couch/bed was a disaster, very uncomfortable and it had blood stains. Very loud AC unit.

The rooms were a nice large size. Had a 1 bed but I was large for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults comfortably. The couch I believe let out so option of 2 more adults and a child or 4 children. The room space could house 6. The property was very tranquil. I loved the outdoor pool space with attached seating areas with ceiling fans and a flatscreen tv. The lobby was nice as well. The meal area set separate from the main open seating, I appreciated. The breakfast was a full meal and was good. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job of keeping the rooms, public bathrooms and common areas clean and sanitized.

The property is off of I 45 Woodlands area so be prepared for traffic. The upside is you have a huge variety of restaurants, shops and Woodlands mall.
