Great location and shuttle service included is a plus. Shuttle driver was super nice.

Room 219 tile floor in the kitchen had some bad cracks and partially loose. Small crack in tile near sink in bathroom. AC units outside the window were loud. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me 3 times. Only reason I know is my bank contacted me to verify the attempts. I have stayed at this location numerous times and never had issues before.

We love this place!! Staff is so helpful and place is so comfortable and warming. Hot tub and rooms are great! Breakfast is always great as well. We stay every 2 weeks when we are in town for doctors visits and business.

Haven't found a dislike yet.

It was set back from the highway

They let a party continue outside our room until 1am.Was suppose to have stopped by 11.

It was very easy to find, the room was very clean and nice size for price! And free hot breakfast was great!

Pillows were a bit thin and not a medium firmness.

Breakfast was better than most, with "real" food instead of just cereal & stale muffins.

Found several ants in the room in multiple spots. I assume the dry & hot climate has insects seeking alternative food sources.

Great value. Nice spacious room with separate seating area. Close to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Shuttle service provided. Breakfast was a hit for my crew. Variety of options. Recommending this hotel to my friends and family. We will stay here again. Til next time, thank you for a great stay.
