We had a wonderful time staying at the Chestnut inn. It was a good distance to the falls. The location was quiet and easy to be located. Our host Robyn was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the grey room and it was perfect in every way and the breakfasts delicious. With appreciation for our host's hospitality! We looking forward next time we visit Niagara again. Until our next visit...

Super friendly staff. Accommodations were decorated with beautiful antiques. Breakfast was delicious. Loved that we were also on the WEGo bus route. It was our first time at the Falls and it added a special touch to our trip.

I wrote ahead asking for an early check-in--noon. We arrived and couldn't find anyone to help us. The excuse was that she thought my early check-in was for midnight, not noon. There was a family reunion at the site. Great for them. But I have walking issues and seemed to be invisible as I walked through the only indoor and outdoor pathways to our room, which was 2nd floor in a neighboring structure. Each time I passed the family, it was the same. Invisible to people who are struggling. They served breakfast the next day at an appointed time and made it clear that it was because of the family reunion, not their unrelated guests. The bath had a cute claw-foot tub with a wrap-around curtain. So I did a sponge-bath. Everything about this unit and the stay was anti-handicap access...Parking, walking through a "blind" crowd, room access, bath, etc.. But, yes, it was a cute house.

Robin and Sue, as owner and cook went out of their way. Chestnut Inn is the kind of B & B breakfast from before the Airbnb era. robin made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. Sue made sure we were well fed with a yummy breakfast!

It was a lovely BnB and had a convenient location to the falls. The staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful. Our room was perfect other than there wasn’t any place in the bathroom to place your toiletries or hang robes.

I don't have anything bad to say. The hoise and room was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious. The only thing i may have wanted was additional outlets to charge our phones.

It was very old and moldy smelling and it smelled like it had been smoked in . Breakfast was ok but fruit was old and owners were smoking so ot just kind of threw you off in general.

Our stay was amazing!!!! As well as breakfast the Chef Susan was great as well as Robyn our host who was great!!! Love these 2 ladies, great at making a beautiful astomophere, so comfortable and beautiful home.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. We were in the newer section of the house. It was very beautiful. Easily walkable down to the falls.

Very convenient for Niagara - the local bus service stops right outside & costs 13 CAD for 24 hrs travel. Hotel was friendly & lovely breakfast was good. We had the top floor room - very spacious but up two flights of stairs. Bed was very creaky & bathroom was through a very narrow door. The overbath shower was tiled with black tiles & had reduced head height due to being in the eaves - not so good for someone over 6ft tall! Overall thousgh, a very pleasant stay.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at this house. Robin and the other lady (whose name I don't know) were incredibly nice and kind. My husband and I were very happy during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you, Robin! 👍😊

This is a lovely old home just beyond the crowds surrounding the falls. Like many older homes, it has some quirky features, but overall, our room and our stay were very pleasant. Breakfast was served at 9 for all guests, since the staff do not stay on site except to greet arriving guests and provide breakfast. The street sounds were somewhat loud, but things quieted after about 9 pm.

Loved the hospitality by Robbin! So welcoming. Enjoyed the property and an absolutely wonderful breakfast. We will certainly be back. Thank you Robbin for making our stay special.

The property is scenic and spacious and located only a couple mins away from the main streets of Niagara Falls. There's also a bus stop right outside the property if you buy a we go pass ($13 for 24 hours - highly recommend). As for the room itself, it was nice but it seemed like the hosts selected for some cheap options which really downgraded the feel of the room. The fireplace didn't work, no shampoo was provided, and single-ply toilet paper. In my opinion, if you want people to come back to this place when they are already paying a significant amount, spend a few extra dollars on small things. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfy, but you might find better accommodations elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back. Robin was so nice. She asked everyday if we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious and other guests were nice as well.

Excellent place to stay... Staff was extremely friendly and courteous... Breakfast was cherry on the top... It was like home away from home...

We stayed two nights at the Inn. The hostess is amazing and so accommodating for everything. The breakfasts were awesome. We had the whole place to ourselves the first night and first breakfast. The second night all the rooms were full but it was still quiet and peaceful. We were in The Loft which is the third floor room. Super spacious and a nice view of the river gorge. The building is old and could use some improvements but they keep it incredibly clean. Enjoyed our stay and already going to make reservations for a midwinter stay.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Chestnut Inn. Its location is convenient to Niagra Falls, Niagra on the Lake, pretty much anywhere you would like to visit or see. Breakfast is amazing. A hot meal cooked fresh, with fresh fruit and pasteries. I stayed in the Rose room with a private patio which i enjoyed despite the chilly weather. I highly recommed this lovely bed and breakfast and will stay there again.
