Staff was attentive, bed was comfortable. Best location in Saigon!

Cost and clean room. A little dim for some people but good enough for me. Very near to Takashimaya where selection of food are available. The hotel has a reasonable priced buffet on certain days which was nice.

It's a good hotel , friendly staff but I book deluxe twine room , I pay more than deluxe room and shows with breakfast than I find out no breakfast included , sad

Starting off, would like to recognize Tuan and Thao - both evening staffs at Executive lounge, they set the benchmark of Central liberty hotel. They made us feel pleasantly welcomed with their kind and warm gestures, were also extremely attentive to our requests. We couldn’t help but to visit executive lounge through out our stay because of them. Highly recommend booking executive rooms to get the zest of it. The bell person was also amazing. Overall we had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. Go for it if you are around Ho Chi Minh city.

The experience with the hotel was ok, the bed and the blanket were just average. The bathroom was kind of small. The only thing that I will give an excellent is the location. It is near to many thing and sites.

I'm extremely disappointed by the blatant dishonesty and complete lack of transparency from the management and staff at Liberty Central. Save yourself the frustration of trying to reason with them – they won’t listen. Instead, go straight to your bank to resolve any issues. When I inquired about their laundry services, they conveniently "forgot" to mention the outrageous fees and additional charges. They took my clothes and only after the fact, handed me a form to fill out in case they lost anything – a clear red flag. Imagine my shock when they hit me with a bill exceeding $60 for washing just a few items. Who in their right mind would willingly pay that kind of money for laundry, especially when there are far more affordable options elsewhere? The whole experience feels like a carefully orchestrated scam. To make matters worse, their manager was completely unhelpful and more interested in arguing than addressing the issue. If you plan to stay here, I strongly advise you to meticulously review and confirm every charge, as they clearly have a hidden agenda. And to top it all off, the hotel’s sanitary conditions are appalling – I was bitten multiple times by bed bugs. It’s absolutely disgusting that they dare to call themselves a 4-star hotel. Stay away from this place unless you want to be cheated and exposed to unhygienic conditions.

Excellent location. Easy to walk everywhere. Rooms are nice and big with a good bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent and a wide range. Would definitely stay again here.

We stayed here twice, once in June and again in August. Both stays were excellent, the roof top bar is great, the restaurants not so great, but lots of good restaurants around. Also very close to the market and a nice walk down to the river.

Good location

Most of the staff spoke decent English. They were all very polite and accommodating. They even let me take my breakfast to go on my last day. The free breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The breakfast selection was extensive (Asian and western selections). My only negative about this hotel was the bathroom. The shower design isn’t intuitive and isn’t easy to use. The water wasn’t hot enough for a good shower. Other than the shower issue, I highly recommend this hotel for convenience, value and customer service.

Good location for walking to all the tourist sites, the room is comfortable, standard western hotel size with a comfortable bed, the thing we didn’t like was the shower/bath, the shower screen does not keep the water in the shower area so the floor gets quite wet,

Hotel location and service was great but soundproofing wasn’t. Could hear the traffic all the time and construction sounds from surrounding areas started early in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel if the noise doesn’t affect you.

The location of the hotel was great but the hotel wifi is poor. Couldn't always connect to my phone using the hotel wifi, my friend faced the same issue as me.

One issue was that we had a Californian King bed, and the duvet was too short on the sides. No point in having a Californian King bed if you don't have the duvet to match. Great location though, right near Saigon Square which is where the awesome markets are to buy clothes, so cheap! Service was great, Tram at the front desk was so very helpful and attentive. Thanks Tram! Breakfast was fantastic, my 2 kids and wife are Celiacs, so gluten free bread was brought to us each morning. A brilliant hotel says 4-star, but it was like a 5-star hotel.

Staff are always so friendly and help with any requests. Perfect location to explore.
