Nobody was there to check in…

Is very nusti and flys for everything smell very bad the owner is very rud cero star for this hotel

The air conditioning did not work the room was really hot even after a few hours it was still hot

Nasty Filthy Dirty Smelly

The person in front office was rude and disrespectful

I got a late check in I was super tired my room was super dusty around all the furniture and no phone at the room and when I wake up trying to go to the restroom the bed frame metal cut my leg . Got some pictures to show . Really disappointed.

It was great good price good location it’s quiet people are friendly good restaurants close by lots to do and Coachella is coming up better make your reservations

Hair in bathtub and sink and on the floor. Dirty behind both night stands.

Lamentablemente cuando llegue a check in, el timbre no servia y habia 2 timbres y pues yo toque 2 veces cada uno y no se oia ,, el Señor que estaba en turno salió molesto y con un tono rudo me dijo que solo tenía que tocar una ves el timbre me disculpe con el, pero seguía siendo aspero su tono de hablarme,, y después que le dije que tenia una persona que fue de último momento con nosotros, fue grosero al contestar ,, y por si fuera poco en el cuarto el control de la TV no servia , regrese y seguía siendo desagradable hablar con el, se porto un tanto grosero y poco tolerante conmigo,

it was not worth the amount it cost. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the tv didnt work, he had to come change cables etc. it worked for the evening, but then did not work again in the morning. the rooms smelled a bit. we didnt have towels, had to request that. The value didnt match the price

Please do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here. When checking in someone finally greeted me after having to ring their bell 3 times only to be told someone would be with me shortly. I waited around for an additional 10 minutes for Dennis who was not only incredibly aggressive, but also incredibly rude and would not stop cutting me off while speaking. This treatment and attitude continued anytime I had to come to the front desk. When it comes to the room I know this is a motel so I really had 0 expectations and I was still somehow let down. The room wasn’t even ready when checking in and wouldn’t be for another good while I was even asked if I wanted my room clean, like what? In what reality, especially during a pandemic, would I not want a clean room? The room itself is severely outdated with the walls being banged up with markings, indentations and holes. I’m glad I brought my own soap and shampoo because what they had were old dusty bags of toiletries. Shampoo in a bag? No thanks. Nothing was ever explained when checking in either so getting anything to work in the room was yet another unpleasant conversation with Dennis. On top of everything it’s hard to say what exactly is going on there especially because at around 7am, with no consideration for anyone still sleeping, you could hear Dennis banging on a door nearby trying to get someone to answer the door, something about money/ rent. You’re better off staying anywhere else. In fact try the Motel 6 next door

The room was good. The property was convenient to our locatiin.

Rude fro t desk agent half the lights didn’t work. Constant noise from other guest through out the night couldn’t sleep at all

The manager was nice and trying to accommodate our needs but the place is a bit run down, especially for $120/ night in off-season and nobody around

We were overwhelmed with the odor of disinfectant when we walked into the room. The room was tiny, doors warmed bathroom minuscular, drapes ill fitting, noisy, the grounds filthy, lighting almost non existing and a creepy feeling in general. If we hadn't been so exhausted we would have left.

Office was extremely rude and not very helpful. Called our office yelling at the accounting dept. Not very professional.

My friend and I needed a last minute place to stay on our way back to home and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. We booked a room here sight unseen. The staff kindly "upgraded" us to a room near the pool, which he said would be quieter, which confirmed our suspicions that this place is not exactly "family friendly." The folks hanging around outside looked rough. There was broken furniture and bags of trash around the property. The room itself was shabby, with dents and scuffs all over the walls. The shower didn't drain and the shampoo and soap provided was literally so old it had dried in its packet. That said, the sheets and towels seemed clean. Would not stay here again. Wishing I had just sprung for the extra $30 for a cleaner, safer hotel.

Satisfactory everything

I liked that while I was traveling, at 7:00 PM, I received a phone call from front desk staff inquiring if I was still checking in that night, I told him that I will make it there around 9:00 PM; I thought that was very nice of them!

It was a ok room for the area a little small but it was clean. Only problem was the microwave would blow a circuit so I had to move to a different spot in the room. Overall it’s a ok room

The receptionist was rude and check out is at 11:00 am. But we had to check out at 8:12 am because they shut off our electric for us to leave early I called the front desk and the guy answer but he gave me with an attitude answer. So we asked next door to see if his electricity was off he said no why?

Cheapest of the cheapest. Room is tiny. Ac is either too cold or too hot. Tv doesn’t work most time and worst of all management doesn’t care one bit.

Welp the place is old and the person said he was giving me a free up grade lol what ever that was no bulb in the lamp by the bed and the smoke alarm chirping all night and left over trash in a can in the bath room and I ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of the sheets ehhhh my bad choice

The owner opened our front door when I was asleep fir no reason . Very rough customer service then checking in at the place

The manager is a rude jerk that screams at the customers. The rooms are dirty and on top of that the rooms weren't ready at check in time

OK let's face it this was the best deal in Indio. for $60 i got a clean room and free internet. So it is a super deal. I got a free upgrade for a King without asking. The area where the motel is nicely located near the 10 Freeway. Perfect to catch some zzzz before taking the road a gain. Nothing fancy of course but clean an practical. Good deal

Pool side rooms! Other than that this property seemed to have a brothel type appeal. Upon entering the room I found the nightstand surfaces and even the chairs came lubed up and ready to go. The headboard and floors and sheets were either dirty or stained. When I nicely confronted the owner he seemed to take offense and refused to do ANYTHING. 60 dollar non liveable room.
