Is a good motel for stays, bit unusual having a spa bath next to the bed... but still worked ok,
Found out the fridge froze the milk I put in there the next morning which was a bit annoying, and the microwave was a bit underpowered to defrost it
Either way - would use again as it was generally clean, tidy, had all of the key features and was priced well in September

A very spacious rooms with king beds loop in the art deco unit. No view but the beach is only minutes away. Walking distance so town centre and supermarkets. Amazing stay. Room is clean, comfortable and spa is so good. Highly recommended.

Apartments just needed a little attention more of an eye for detail there were little things like broken window latches and sealing strips around the shower door had come a drift kitchen sink tap needed tightening it looks as if these things had been unattended for quite some time otherwise stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

This has been our go-to when we stay in Napier. We find it has everything we need. Is clean and spacious for two. The only negatives this time was we found the bed quite uncomfortable - it needed a softer underlay and also a wool blanket and a winter duvet would have been nice to have those available as we stayed in the winter and a sheet and very light cover was not enough for warmth.

We loved staying here! We were sore from doing a 17 kilometer hike so soaking in the jet tub was a huge benefit. We loved being right across the street from the beach and loved the area so much we stayed an additional night. You won't be disappointed with this facility!

A nice serviceable motel. Easy off street secure parking and a nice walk along the beach into town. A little lift to the 3rd floor was welcome to take our cases up.

We had a ground floor room looking out to the ocean. The room and bathroom were large and clean as were the kitchen utensils. Would recommend.

Reception was welcoming and efficient and there was plenty of parking when we arrived. There is a lift if you need it for luggage or simply to avoid the climb to either the first or second floor. Our room (no. 18) was on the top floor, facing the sea. It was perfectly clean and the space was generous, with a king size bed leaving plenty of space to move around. The spa bath was a welcome feature after a day out and about. We ate breakfast at the small balcony table, looking out over the grass to the sea, enjoying the sun. In the afternoon we sat out on the entrance balcony enjoying a glass of wine and the evening sun.
The motel is 10 to 15 minutes easy walk from shops and restaurants, including supermarkets, KFC, McDs, Lone Star, Thai, Indian, Malaysian and so on.
There is storage for bikes and the start of the bike tracks is just across the road, going north and south. There's a bike rental store 10 minutes down the street.
