room was spacious,staff very nice and helpful....breakfast was continental but good....... 1/2 block from the river and 2-3 block walk either way to commercial/transit and restaurants.......the rooms aren't fancy but everything one needs....would stay there again.

Dirty floor in our appartment and carpet in the hallway.
Kitchen lacks a lot of basic equipment like a cloth, eggcups and lids. Cofeemashine doesnt work properly. Pan is to large to fit a tiny stowe.
No daily cleaning and by the end of your stay you have to clean the kitchenette yourself.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable, and the location was good...walkable to sights, but quiet. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated the luggage storage they provided.

Cutains with large tears, cracked tiles in the floor, shower doesn't drain properly, chips in the paint/drywall throughout, the carpets out in the halls were stained and bleached, it was just in rough shape overall. The bed was super comfortable, and it did have a kitchen, but otherwise there was nothing really NICE about this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The room was very comfortable and roomy, and the kitchen fairly well equipped. A few minor maintenance issues...the toilet kept running unless you jiggled the buttons a few times. The door hit the floor tiles when opened more than halfway, so couldn't easily open fully. Overall, a very good place to stay.

We liked the location...walkable to the sights, but in a quiet area. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Convenience of having a kitchen. Well equipped.
The hallway carpets were dirty, but inside the room it was clean.

For the price, it was a really good deal and still at feasible walking distance from Capitole but in a much calmer area. The appartment had circa. 40m2 and had anything I needed. The person at the reception was equally very helpful.

Very enjoyable and worth the money. The staff is prompt and friendly. The studios need touch ups to the condition but all in all I enjoyed it, especially the late check in.

Really liked the room/space of the whole apartment. The front desk staff were really nice. The only downside was the wifi was awful. Thankfully they had a meeting room with a booster so that we could do some work.

Decent accommodation for the price. Apartment style suited for less services which was fine for me. The location was great. The suite was spacious. The property and furnishings are dated. The shower was my least favourite part of the experience but the water was hot.

Good location apartment within walking distance of most city centre attractions, we liked the coffee pods machine in the apartment option as well as all kitchen facilities provided, although we used only the fridge. Would definitely recommend and stay in their other apartments seeing they have in another 9 locations throughout France.

Apartment style property was nice so we could have some light meals in our room to reduce travel costs by not eating out for every meal. Location was excellent, within walking distance of the train and several metro & tram stations. Also very close to the Garonne River, with great walks and scenery close by.

It’s a very clean place but the wifi doesn’t really work and the room I was staying in was far so could barely get any messages or anything. There was also some Italian guy who spent 2 hours having a phone conversation on the balcony until 3:00am. Not the hotel fault but wanted to mention it. Also did not find the A/C

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et propres. Cuisine propre et bien équipée (mais il faut tout acheter, même le café). Meubles simples mais adéquats.
Malheureusement pas de prise de courant près de la table où on est censé utiliser son ordinateur, il fallait débrancher le four à microondes et faire le câble de l'ordinateur traverser le sol pour l'y brancher (et ensuite faire attention pour ne pas trébucher). D'ailleurs, la table était instable.

The location is ok, however, there is a significant homeless issue around the property. The room itself was large but the couch had multiple stains and bathroom had multiple cigarette burns on sink and ledges.
