Smelled like swerage in the lobby and elevator areas. Was told that there was a problem with my room when I checked in although the clerk didn’t know what the problem was. There didn’t seem to actually be a problem when I was in the room though. There was a very obvious throw up stain on the carpet next to the bed. Just a very odd experience.

The people upstairs would get up at 0200 in the morning to get ready for work and would make a lot of noices for att lease two hours. I think they here electricians. You should put people that get up early, on the first floor.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 entire week and only got room service 1 day. Really disappointed because who knows if they even cleaned it before we got there or just made the beds to make it look clean. The only reason why we got room service for 1 day is because my husband threw the trash in a big bad outside the room

Stay was good, but the free breakfast wasn’t that great. They were out of stock of all the drinks. There wasn’t milk nor juice, so cereal wasn’t an option. The only thing to drink was water. I ate breakfast around 8:45 and breakfast ends at 10. There wasn’t much food left when I got there and nothing got restocked. But overall great stay, check in and check out were easy and it was very peaceful.

I had an issue with them double charging me the deposit and they waited until the last day to even begin to fix their mistake. Other than that, we love staying here, its convenient and decent.

Terrible customer service, booked and paid for a room in advance and called to confirm before arrival. Upon arrival was told our room was given to someone else so we had to cram 6 people into an uncomfortable room. Original room booked contained two beds and a pull out sofa sleeper. Front desk advised "our room wasn't available and we could take what they had or leave and find somewhere else to stay". Only thing we enjoyed was the breakfast.

This was our 4th time there and they did let us down. I paid and reserved a king size bed and when we got there they said they had a lot of people and there systems went down therefore they had no more king size beds available. So they gave us a room with two queen beds which was not accommodating because we are plus sized women and had to sleep on separate beds. Oh and I forgot that the first room they gave us we opened it up and it had a group of people in there. Super awkward! So we had to go down and get another room. We always stayed here to be with family but I think next time we are gonna have to switch it up.

Very nice hotel overall, but they need to change the mattress every once and a while to get rid of the ones that have a permanant impression of tbe body contour of the previous several thousand guests.
Breakfast was terrible, but no worse than most other reasonably priced hotels.

Impressed with the size of the room. Me and my three adult sons were very comfortably. The staff were polite and courteous although the check in time was much longer than I prefer.
There was no hot breakfast.

We liked the service and how clean the property was. When we stayed there, the elevator had some issues and were not able to use it at times. My only issue with this property was that the restroom does not have a vent fan and it gets pretty hot after you shower or when someone uses the restroom. Aside from that, overall our stay was very pleasant.
