I booked a superior room but when I tried to check in we were given a bad room that had two separate beds. No customer service to help rectify the problem. They didn’t care

The elevator situation is really bad.

There was a used electric tootbrush in the shower when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk and was assured it would be removed. It was not and I had to do it. Yuck!!

Hygge ferie i Malmø

A quality room - clean, well equipped and comfortable, and for a very reasonable price. Breakfast had a very extensive and comprehensive choice[ of food and drink. A very large conference hotel but ideally suited also for the leisure market with a great central location in Malmö.

Bra Hotel

Functional and spacious hotel compared to the area (close to Lilletorg). But 3000 sek for a small room with view directly into a wall (building on the other side) is just WAY OVERPRICED.

Nice modern hotel in an excellent, central location. Good breakfast. Only negative was inadequate air conditioning in our room-far too hot!

This is a large hotel with lots of facilities, one of the best equipped gyms and a breakfast worthy of Caligula. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Malmo. We used this as a base to explore Copenhagen and it proved perfect. Malmo was also worthy of a day trip.

Brilliant location (train station a few mins walk; a few mins walk from the old town; 7-11 & Coop nearby). Great sized room. Loved the bar and restaurant. Breakfast (included) was super- great variety of food.

We had a great stay. only downside was that the mirrors in the room was dirty and the windows were very dirty on the inside!

It was uncomfortable. There is a heavy mold in the bathroom. The towels are very old and heavily used. Daily cleaning is poor. There are architectural and engineering errors in the building such as abnormal voice of construction materials due to termal expansion. ( windows ) The air conditioning system is centralized and guest cannot fix the temperature that he/she likes to have in the room. As simple as it is, there is no temperature control in the room, guest can only change +3 degree to setted temperature by management. People from cold regions may not feel discomfort under the temperature controlled by management but guests from warm and hot countries in compare to Sweden would feel very cold and hotel system doesn’t allow to stop air conditioning so you are neither control or stop it. I have stayed 5 nights in this hotel at 10th. Floor and there is always a long waiting period at the lobby due to the visitors (outsiders) for restaurant at the 25th. Floor. That means that hotel allows visitors from outside who does not stay in the hotel and guest does not have any privilege neither for elevators or for restaurant. Unfortunately there are only 3 elevators for a building with 25 floors. The money that you pay and the quality provided not in match! Do not be underimpression that you will get a table at the restaurant because you are a guest/customer of the hotel. Note: I attached the photos of the mold ( not dust!) but I believe that they will make it disappear!

The hotel was much bigger than I was expecting. We were on the 11th floor of 24 floors - restaurant on the 25th. The lift whisks you up to your floor in no time though. We had a corner room, which was glass from floor to ceiling so had fantastic views, including over to the Øresund Bridge. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable & modern. I can't praise the staff highly enough. They were very helpful & knowledgeable regarding any questions asked of them. The breakfast area was very busy on the days we were there - there was a big festival on in Malmö at the time. However, the breakfast area is huge, so there was no problem there. The location is also very good. Just a very short walk - even for me, with my mobility issues - from the railway station. All-in-all a definite 10/10 from me.

Friendly and helpful staff, broad and tasty options at the breakfast buffet. Fabulous city skyline view from my room. I'd also recommend the restaurant on the 25th floor.

Beautiful views of the harbor and overall good stay. Understaffed at night and no room service.

Excellent hotel!

Great hotel, elevators in the morning take forever though

Best thing in this hotel was the gym. The other things were OK for this price level.

Had to pay for parking after staying for 8 days. When I booked the room 3 months in advance I was told the parking was “gratis”. The new hot Italian restaurant on the 25th floor was sub par at best. For the prices they charged you’d think there would be a professional “chief” in the kitchen at least overseeing the preparations however the kitchen staff consisted of only 3 young kids. The size and quality of the entries were pitiful. The adult beverages were under pored and overpriced.

Nice hotel in great location close to train station. Wonderful breakfast and room with comfortable beds.

Big chain hotel that lacks atmosphere. Second stay here. At least had a room now with outside view (many rooms have a window only to the inside) Reception is understaffed: waiting each time, but people are friendly Breakfast is okay but really overcrowded Room is nice but so much more noisy (from other rooms and outside) than you would expect in a modern hotel.

The perfect hotel for a short trip in Malmo. Beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic. 5 mins walk away from the train station and the old town, and 2 mins walk from the Saluhall (food hall). A bus stop was over the road to get around town. Room was lovely. We stayed on the 22nd floor and the views were amazing. Only slight negative about the hotel was - presumably because of how high up we were - the windows didn't open, so it was quite warm even with the air con on (we stayed on a sunny mid-July day, so might be cooler outside of summer). The restaurant on the 25th floor was a beautiful place to watch the sunset, although be sure to book as far in advance as you can as we had to wait ages for a table. The breakfast was great. Something for everyone and really tasty food. But by far, the best thing about the hotel were the staff. Especially Judy on the front reception desk, the lovely young blonde receptionist - I'm sorry I cant remember her name) and all the breakfast staff. They really looked after us. We came for my mothers 70th and the staff spoilt her and gave her a lovely little gift. The service we received was incredible and the staff are a credit to your hotel. Thank you so much to Judy for looking after us. Would definitely return to this hotel if I was in Malmo again.

I had booked a double bed, but was given a two single beds (twin), which kept moving apart. I raised it with the receptionist and she said she would find me a double room, but nothing came of it. I did not sleep properly throughout my stay because of this. I am very disappointed in the service i received. I paid for a room which i did not get. I will be going back to Sweden soon. This time, I will choose someone else to book through. Thank you.

Second time at this hotel. Great location - make sure you go to the food hall around the corner. Room was large and comfortable. Twin beds (booked a twin bed room in fairness) did tend to move away from each other. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was the highlight - really exceptional. Do not miss it.

Don‘t visit us if you’re a handicapped person! We booked a „no view“ room. As there were also „sea view“ rooms I was thinking this would be just the opposite aka „no sea view“. Turns out they mean business by that. Our „no view“ was direct at a wall inside the building with a side view of the breakfast area and the ballroom. No daylight, black curtains and dark grey blackout curtains. I think Wednesday Addams would have loved it. Sadly I am not Wednesday Addams. And of course you couldn’t open a window and the A/C was only /- 3 Degrees Celsius in a room which was really stifling. Topping all that was the huge party in the ballroom with a really loud band. And all the staff that spent their time directly under our window and therefore regularly opening the ballroom doors for longer periods of time. Which was when we were absolutely blasted out of bed. We couldn’t even think about sleep because when the party ended at midnight the staff started to clean up. Which did not go silently. To round up the experience our room is equipped for people with handicap. How loud can you say „Handicapped people should be glad to get a room at our hotel at all so we will give them the absolute worst and save our good rooms for people without handicap?“ As a handicapped person myself (though without wheelchair) I regularly experience ableist behavior by businesses but this is really one of the worst. Loved the stay

This is your average large scale hotel where services is at minimum and everything is kind of boring. Additionally our room could do with a thorough cleaning. Location is fine and breakfast standard
