Everything was great. I stayed because it snowed and I needed to be near work. I have no complaints.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the breakfast was cold and rubbery—terrible.

Very friendly and efficient staff working the front desk. Room was very clean and nice. Very quiet and no distances at night. Would stay here again. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Easy on and off to the interstate. Signs posted in establishment clearly stating times for complimentary breakfast and options to pick from.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with find a restaurant! The room so very clean and well stocked! Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. The breakfast was stocked and hot! Will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful one night stay on 8/22. Everything was clean and quiet. The front manager was fantastic and super nice. The pool area was great and we enjoyed a nice swim before bed. The breakfast was great! So many options!!

The hotel was not clean and the manager emit is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met the room I stayed in had bed bugs in it and the manager did not wanna do a thing to help resolve or make it right wouldn’t even give my money back had to buy new cloths for me and my son and find a new hotel absolutely do not stay at this hotel and best western corporate is no better they said there was nothing they could do to help in the matter will never stay at another best western and recommend u don’t either

It was a beautiful hotel for such a great price. I loved the interior design. It was very eye catching. Probably the nicest hotel interior I’ve seen ever. Very clean. Very quiet. Awesome front desk service. The guy that helped me check in was so down to earth and amazing. So was the manager. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the room. There was a booger on the shower curtain and hair on the bathroom floor as well as the shower. The bed wasn’t that comfortable either.

No water pressure at sink or shower! No blankets! Shower floor at corner had either mold or just dirty! Electronic clock at night stand was not programmed correctly and time was off by hours and no instruction on how to set! I didn’t try the morning breakfast, but was not drawn to it either! I won’t make the same mistake twice……

This place is nice for a Best Western. It’s right across from a lovely restaurant. The room was clean and the bathroom was a nice size.

First time staying here and it was a last minute choice and I was relieved that the hotel was clean, the staff was quick and friendly throughout our stay. I have put this location down as the "go to" for our next visit. Thank you all.

Very conveniently located near 680. Hotel very clean, Staff friendly and helpful. The Springfield Grille is across the street and is outstanding! Amazing food.

My room was surprisingly spacious. A couple minor issues came up (flickering lightbulb) and staff immediately took care of them. Linens were excellent and plenty. I’d stay there again!

Yeah, it was a little noisy. But there was a traveling youth sports team. The place met my needs for safety and comfort. When I arrived, the clerks were working on a problem, they didn't even acknowledge me for about 5 minutes.

Comfortable and clean. We had a room with a full kitchen but when we checked in, there wasn't a single glass, plate or silverware. A call to the front desk remedied that.
